No surprise, DM is almost set-up like a 419 scheme. You sign up for Art but get Heather and all kinds of pleas due to threats to personal security and health, changing terms of pricing (and only one method of payment,) and technical problems delaying what you are paying for.....

I made an Emergency Trip to the local purveyor of fine adult beverages and selected Left Hand Brewing Co.'s "Introvert IPA" a session beer (lower 4.8% ABV), to help me with the post-alluvial lawn ministrations (of which I have just opened my third bottle).  I would recommend this to any neophyte GabCasters as an accompaniment to tonights' impending episode, also to show hosts as it is drinkable, delicious and most importantly does not overly affect the brane.

Apparently this style of beer was once the "lunch beer" one that you could have one or two of at/with lunch and still work the last half of the day without falling into the boiler or off of the I-beam on the 30-story (gasp) skyscraper you were working on.  They are making a resurgence of late, and taste WAY better than BudLite et al.

Hopefully, the sixer will last another hour or so until the official start of the 'Cast!

Never fear, I have PBR and that bottle of medicinal Beam behind the bathroom mirror.

Saturday nights are a tough GabCast, if I recall, but the plus side is that the audience can be thin so stage-fright shouldn't be an issue.
