I had a friend who said he had crazy dreams on that stuff. But, who knows? Good it worked for him. I would say smokers should try SNUS. Apparently less carcinogenic that American chewing tobacco or dip and, even if, at least no second hand smoke for others.

My friend used Chantix and committed suicide.  It's impossible to prove a causal connection but it clearly changed his personality while he was on it.  Vaping worked like a charm for me.

Oh yes, you are still addicted but it is mitigation of bad possible effects. Not a perfect solution or even a good one, but a better one than smoking- maybe for the person- but also for others (no second hand smoke, fires from cigs, etc.)
