Zimmerman Riots?

Well, well, well.  Judicial Watch filed a freedom of information request and learned that the Justice Department Community Relations Department went to Sanford and helped gin up the demonstrations against Zimmerman back in March.  In their words, they worked marches, demonstrations and rallies against Zimmerman.  It would sound like Zimmerman would have a civil rights lawsuit against Holder et. al. for violating his rights to due process and equal protection.

I saw that. This has never happened in America. Do you people not understand what is happening here? The government joined in, promoted and aided in marches designed to prejudice a criminal defendant's right to a faitr trial. And because of (false) perceptions of race. This has never before happened. The US government has never done this. It is the act of a despot. And where is the outrage? It's a wonder the very stones don't cry out. But nothing from those who are juuuuust fine with what Obama does.

But in all of the many unprecedented acts of oppression which have been engineered by the Obama Administration, I'm making book of the just-as-unprecedented hypocrisy of the chatterers as well as the usual suspects: for if the trial had been of, say, Huey Newton or Angela Davis there would have been blood in the streets. Hell, there was blood in the streets in the Davis trial but it was on behalf of Davis herself, not because the government tried to gin up the jury pool into a lynch-mob. But here, crickets. *Yawn* I have nothing but contempt for those who pick and chose their outrage because it suits their ideology. Because they would be happy to have a tyranny which benefits them. Which mkaes them enemies of liberty.

I am serious: this is an outrage that is beyond impeachable. The continuing oppressive actions by Obama's Administration are bringing this country to a tipping point. It's like they've never read the Declaration of Independence; like they have no idea what "consent of the governed" means. And they especially don't understand what acts of governmental arrogance and gross unilateralism can result in.

How can a jury be only 6? How is that legal or fair? If your laws are similar to ours (and most of it is- cos we unwittingly exported it!) the jury here is asked "has the prosecution proved it's case beyond reasonable doubt?". I did jury service twice in my 20's (no idea why as most only get appointed once) and sat on a murder trial. The rules of murder here is 'premeditated' taking of life. Whether it's five months or five seconds.

However, since then and after many test cases of householders killing a burglar (Deliberately or accidentally), the householder no longer has to prove they believed they or their family was being attacked (I think that is the exact wording, or similar), only they feared they were in peril,  if they accidentally kill the burglar in self defence. Not that long ago a (I believe) a farmer shot two burglars and killed one of them. He was arrested initially for murder, but later bailed and eventually free without charge, after the police did their investigations. It never came to trial, but I believe the surviving burglar did stand trial for house breaking and attempted robbery. ...

I mean, really, man, is there nothing American you feel unqualified to pontificate on? Now you're lecturing Americans on their own laws? But then you did jury service. Jesus God, man, just a little humility.

That's Her Majesty's Jury Service, Sir! *Grumble*Grumble*Grumble*Grumble*

(Much like being on her majesty's secret service...)

England expects that every man shall do his jury duty!

Though they don't have the wigs and silly outfits anymore.... sooo what legal moral authority can they still hold over us?

No no, Obama is just another Democrat - every time another one of these undemocratic gross abuses comes to light it's either 'the same' as something some Republican president did at some point, or it's been blown out of proportion, or it' simply been made up.

And remember, don't watch Fox News.

And by the way, this is the same William Holder that threw away an easy conviction of those New Black Panther thugs, dressed in paramilitary garb, carrying baseball bats and threatening and intimidating white voters outside a polling area in Philadelphia during the Nov 2008 elections.  They didn't bother to go to court to respond to the complaint and would have been easily convicted.

But, you know, Obama had spent 20 years in Rev Wrights racist Black Liberation church, and had been part of the Chicago thuggy political machine just as long.  He obviously saw no problem with their actions, and almost had to have approved Holders decision.  They probably wondered what the fuss was about.

Would Obama and Holder have reacted to these to incidents if it had been any combination other than a (perceived) white vs a black?  Of course not.  Doesn't that make them racists?  It sure does.

I know we've heard how Obama is just so smart, mostly because he excels at reading from a teleprompter, but if someone wants to know what Obama thinks they should probably ask Valerie Jarrett first - she's the real brains behind all this (just as Cheney was the real policy maker in Bush IIs White House).  And if anyone wants to know who Obama really is, keep an eye on William Holder - he is Obama's alter ego.

Obama has lost all credibility due to the NSA / transparency / persecution of whistle blowers thing, but how does this story connect to the president?

Everything is political with this Administration.  Holder isn't going to make moves like these without the approval of his boss.

That is the conclusion I reached.  You can wait for them to confess if you like.  And at this point neither Obama nor Holder deserve the benefit of the doubt on anything.

Zoo

I think sheep will always cower in the presence of wolves (police); until this changes it make no difference what happens. So race war? No. Will people riot? A small group may try but will be crushed by wolves. Then people will go back to working jobs they hate so they can buy crap they don't need; while the two party system decides how to split up the money people pay to live on a plant that nobody owns! Now go back to sleep sheep. Bankers are trying to figure out more ways to screw people over so they can trap you in a fence of debt!!1

Well, let's see about that, shall we? March 23, 2012, President Not-Interested-In-This-Case-No-Siree-Bob said, "If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon." http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/03/23/obama-trayvon-martin_n_1375083.html Thanks, for the nice thumb on the scales, Mr. President. Gosh, I wonder why he didn't say, "If I had a son, he'd look like George?"

But I can hardly blame Obama: this case was just so darn useful to his campaign. Man, all that fomenting of racial hatred that Team Obama did is worth millions of $ in GOTV money.

Funny how that works. Lee Boyd Malvo also looked like he could be Obama's son, too. But the Solipsist in Chief has never mentioned that.

Ha ha,, yes they do. But a few years ago they decided in crown court cases that had children as witnesses, the court personnel would be in 'civvies'.; I don't think it extends to baggy jeans and Slipknot t shirts, but it's less intimidating apparently.

As opposed to some Americans pontificating on the state of play of the rest of the planet? Kettle; saucepan; black? Although I wasn't, I actually started by asking how and why you have a 6 member jury, and comparing and contrasting the murder/self defence/ manslaughter thing, and what the differences are.

It looks like the DOJ was there to make sure there was no violence and I see no proof they were there to instigate anything. But that's beside the fact that there isn't an inkling of any evidence suggesting a White House connection.

ScandalMania 2013 is the best thing to ever happen to tin foil futures.

The state is now arguing for the inclusion of 3rd degree murder based on....wait for it.....CHILD ABUSE.

Yes, Millie, I have now seen it all.

Have you really missed the point? An arm of the United States Department of Justice took sides in a criminal case, which had already been horrendously demagogued along racial lines. It was vital that Obama and his Department of Justice shut the fuck up, absolutely. But he wouldn't do that. Obama tipped the scales by showing which side he was on with his "my son would look like Trayvon" bullshit. And then the DOJ's Community Relations Service facilitated, as well as gave the Administration's imprimatur to, a demonstration and march treating a person all the credible evidence has shown to be a predatory criminal as a victim, and by so doing sent the subtle-as-a-sledgehammer signal that it wanted a conviction of Zimmerman. It would have been just as outrageously wrong had the same happened on behalf of George Zimmerman. But of course in the game of racial metrics at which Obama and his people are so expert, Zimmerman was only as black as Obama, while Martin was blacker. Thus, advantage to the blacker man. So it is in Obama's New America.

And by the way - last time I checked, the Department of Justice was not some independent sovereignty, but an arm of the Executive Branch, of which the President of the United States is chief, and the Attorney General is handpicked by the President and serves at his pleasure. Any time an Attorney General does something of which the President disapproves, it costs him his job. Besides, Attorney General Eric Holder is a "bunker man", an absolute to-the-last-bullet loyalist. He's a close confidante of the President and a campaign and administration strategist.

Look, Obama supporters, to avoid being bitter-enders themselves, must start turning these situations on their head by reversing the relative position of parties, so that you at least have an inkling of the essentially unjust and outrageously partisan nature of virtually everything Obama does. Because you would have been have been bleeding from the eyes had any Republican President ever come close to acting as lawlessly as Obama.

We're getting closer to the race war... Closing arguments going on now... hahaha how much will the media lie about the level of outrage in the community if the verdict is not guilty

South Park - Race War

It reminds me of the looting after Sandy... depending on who you listen to either it didn't happen, it happened a lot, the use of twitter to coordinate looting was a joke, or it was real... depends on what your twist on the information did to further your position...

I have been thinking about this for a few days. Now that deliberations are underway, I am curious about the verdict. With the judge allowing the lesser charge of manslaughter to be considered, I am thinking Zimmerman is cooked.

Absolutely correct !
It is sickening that the creeping rot occurring in all branches of Government, the typical DC belt corruption. I never liked any Bush  but  at least he would  work the system and work in the prerogatives of separation of power. Never trusted Cheny either but remember Cheny has had a 'change of heart'.
