But I don't see what the point is in doing it just for Arts sake. Heather may have been given the job, but it is up to her skills as a radio host to keep it.

Idk, something like that (especially for having no real experience) will look great on a resume. That goes back to my point earlier in the thread about the way the internet is changing everything and could bring opportunity to the hungry. I would rather see someone getting a chance to maybe get some experience even if the shows days are numbered- Might find some real talent, might not...But someone is getting a shot.  Arts idea of not paying at first and treating it like an internship is understandable since it avoids pointless paperwork and tax issues if the person sucks- if they show potential , then they get payroll.

I believe fully the "COPD" issue and think thats the crux of this entire matter- It makes sense, more so than the stalker. Wish this had just been said from the get.

As a heavy smoker myself, I know how hard it can be to catch my breath even without COPD and i'm younger than Art and have smoked  many fewer years. wish him luck, thats a bitch.

Yes, when I was young I was a legal courier in TX. The company I worked for only got paid from lawyers 50 percent of the time and when they didn't get paid, I didn't get paid, contract work. Some lawyers ARE crooks. The system is rigged for the 1%.

Like MV, I am a graduate student and I am presently doing research on people over the age of 70 and how they contribute to society and the workforce. I am sure something can be done to help improve your COPD. In October I remember hearing your breathing on the air and I wondered if you had challenges from all the years of smoking. Keep doing research on COPD treatments, I read some good suggestions on your Facebook page. I know that you are in it for the long haul Art and all decisions you make, you must take your health into consideration.

That was good of you. For a short while RCH had a show that was really good, post-Ross? Not so much. Get better, COPD is bad. If can't break nicotine may I suggest Swedish snus or even just Copenhagen. Not sure about vape stuff, esp with COPD.

Any level of higher education requires the ability to communicate effectively through written language.  You dismissing this basic fact only shows how full of shit you are and only underscores your own attempts to prove to people you are someone you are clearly not.
