In my opinion,
either there is NO stalker (and most of these occurrences are just normal around that area),

there IS a stalker, but for some reason Art does not want police and detectives (often ex-cops and feds) ferreting around his business.

Are you being purposely obtuse? No, it would not stand up in a court of law. I cannot break the law by assaulting someone simply because I think that they deserve it. You must not be very conversant with the legal system.

It's two completely different situations.

Deciding that you are not happy with someone as a host (for whatever reason) and then trying to sabotage their show is wrong; regardless of how justified you feel that you are in doing so. There are some that feel that Art pulled a bait and switch with them and that alone is enough for them to justify their actions.

One is paying for one's actions and the other is someone getting slandered and attacked for no actual reason. The two are not comparable.

There are some who can justify their attacks on Heather and they could provide you with their reasons, which by their standards are valid reasons. It is ridiculous to say that their reasons are not as lofty or high minded as your reasons.

As far as Hoagland, I obviously don't know what happened behind the scenes b/w Richard and Rossi. And none of us really do for that matter, except Richard and Rossi. You would do well to remember that there are always 3 sides to a story - both parties version and then the actual truth.

Personally, I don't understand why Rossi would work for free in the first place or why he wouldn't stand up to Richard considering that Richard was not paying him. It's one thing to lose a job that you financially depend on and another to lose a job that you do not depend on. Rossi is an adult who made choices in life, like we all do. Some things pan out well and others do not. It's called life. Too many people have a victim mentality and like to walk around butt hurt and blame others when their own actions do not turn out well. Richard may indeed be a twat. However, I do not recall him putting a gun to anyone's head or holding them hostage. No one seemed to have a problem with Richard being rumored to have done time in prison, but now rumors that surround others are suddenly wrong. Again, it is a case of hypocrisy, of the pot calling the kettle black.

I still think it's likeliest to be someone in the grip of a delusion like the guy who beat up Dan Rather.  I think it has nothing to do with MITD, but w someone who sees this guy go every weeknight into that bldg. & has those big antenna towers, and therefore is responsible for beaming those voices into his head, or doing something else nefarious w radio waves.

If it's even the same person responsible for all the incidents, it could be about something as ordinary as too many drugs or too many really bad drugs. The kind of thing that makes you say, "Oh, that's what this was all about?"

Ok, I have had enough, I posted the reward myself and did not consult with the Sheriff, I don't see why I need to its my money and mostly my problem. While the sheriff's Dept has responded when called they have been painfully slow to post all the reports I have made. They do the best they can I guess. 

At this point after reading some of the awful things said about Heather and myself I have had enough, I am not coming back to Bell Gab and after a short time of letting that reward sink in I will disable my FB site as well. There is simply no way to win with people like this and I have had enough to stress and sorrow over this for this lifetime. Carry on.
