I wonder if the 1st wreckage from MH370 was just found.

I hope so, just for the families to have some sense of closure.  That and the crazies will stop speculating that the Plane went through a portal or was abducted or whatever crazy stuff they've been saying.

No doubt...there are actually a large number of planes that go missing each year over LAND! Let alone the vast expanse of ocean...the bigger mystery is what made it go off course, run out of fuel and plunge into the ocean...THAT is the really mystery...

It's selfish of me, but I hope this gets resolved quickly. Just so CNN has to actually look for something to report on. Plus, it'd be better for the families.

The loss of fuel and going off course is amazingly strange in our automated world where everything is seen and recorded.  Wasn't there original speculation that the pilot was suicidal or involved with shady characters?  I remember there was some talk of that nature.  Who's to say, it's just a shame.

Sorry... Gnooryblows is a filthy, hate-mongering pig. No better that Albert Speer, IMHO... didn't mean to offend.

Thank you very much for your nice reply
As far as I'm concerned the more tasteless posts at Noory, well the more tasteless the better.
The one you chose however was offensive to the world.  Calling Noorbore a nazi is absurd and I feel a socially unacceptable comparison.  If you're telling me he had been referred to as such anywhere else I would like to know and I'll report it too.  Let's never forget what the heinous hitler and his horrific and unbelievable nazi torturers reign did.  AND I don't appreciate this stupid remark either!!!

First call of the night was a Bellgabber! Goes from discussing Cronkite to becoming RCH's Cultural Advisor!!    It was a very entertaining show and the live chat thread was amazing!

At least Hoagland didn't act as if he didn't know what BellGab is.

Unlike Weeber, playing dumb the other day with his Facebook post "Someone sent me to a site called BellGab and told me to search on my name..."

I get bellgab and embrace the bellgab culture. We didn't need that guy. As you were everyone.

Wow, you've been here almost since Memorial Day and have made yourself chief judge, hanging jury and executioner.

Report me, my opinions differ from yours.

One day, I'll be interested in a full debrief on everything I've ever gotten away with, but I think finding out all that now in one go would ruin my delicate balance of shameless pandering and effervescent joie de vivre.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. What I meant was, who is to say what happened to the plane. We don't know and probably never will.  That is the shame.

That is the shame.

AKA: the crime

I'm dubious about this "we don't know and probably never will." There are more implicit assumptions in that statement than there are vowels.

Gee, since you've been here all of 9 days, perhaps I'll explain... I was NOT referring to Mr. George Noory (somewhat better known as "Dave") in any way, shape or form. I was referring to (and wishing good riddance to) the often-banned and as of yesterday, newly-banned forum member gnooryblows (aka: gnoorymustdie) who was, among many other horrible things, a hate-mongering, race-baiting, holocaust-denying Nazi apologist and a huge troll. Last night, after several large Scotch Whiskeys, I inadvertently alluded to gnorryblows as being no better than one Albert Speer... I actually meant to draw comparison to Rudolph Hess. (apologies to Mr. Speer)

RIP gnooryblows

No, no, no. Cannot abuse the the integrity of the function. Guessing more than one person felt the same for this to happen.

Brother, stop sniffing my jock. The thread has been deleted (did you even read it?), the hate is gone, this is a joyous occasion. I choose not to joust with you.

Generally new folks are welcome and I've noticed much less of the hierarchical b.s. between old timers & newbies you see on other boards.  I know MV loves new people signing up.  However they will immediately be held accountable for whatever they say, for better or worse - there is no 'grace period'.   ;)  Btw welcome flimflam.

New members are a good thing. It was starting to smell like a poorly run retirement home in here with all these crotchety old farts.

Thanks for the welcome.     :)  Speaking for myself, I didn't come here to cause trouble.  I came here because it looked like a fun place to post while Art does his show, and not have to check my brain in at the door.  So far that has proven mostly true.  I hope I'm not messing up anybody's vibe.   ;D

Comes to website named after Art Bell. Fails at bitching about Art Bell. Fails in everything. New show has more energy than anything Dave does, more intelligence, more fun, and is just entertaining. I will admit Dark Matter was bad in comparison, but to complain about this is idiotic.

so.... I heard Republicans and Democrats don't agree on stuff.

I only reported one post.   And it was to inform MV that I would be posting pictures of happy interracial couples, and detailed reviews and links to cheesy interracial dirty pulp fiction Ebooks on Amazon.com in the antisemitc and racist stormfront radio thread.

There are far worse things than getting banned or your thread deleted.   You could have to deal with me.   :)

Not to be confused with John C Dvorak, tech writer guy.

Looks like some planetary geology discussion? I dig.
