Hey, thanks for the followup.  Sorry if I came off as a jerk when I was trying to figure out what would make aluminum heavier.  I know you were only reporting what you heard.  I just couldn't figure out how it could be since properties of the elements are universal.  A stable heavy isotope of aluminum would have been very interesting.  But, measurement errors are pretty easy to do and it gives the researchers credibility that they were willing to report the error.

I agree it adds credibility to a person/organization when a simple error, such as measurement, is reported, rather than hidden or glazed over.  Many others could take a lesson from such behaviour.

Art's daughter sounds so adorable.  She sounds huggable.  I think Parhump may have really built up over the last several years.  She probably has lots of local friends.  I wonder how much Art being there has had to do with the population increase in the area? 

I think I remember a long time ago, Curtis Sliwa camped out in front of Art's place, wanting to interview him and Art just (rightfully) ignored him.  That sounded so funny at the time.

Too bad, because Aquino is a rare interview commodity whereas Dolan definitely is not.  I vaguely recall hearing about the Aquino case when the whole satanic ritual abuse panic was unfolding, but I don't think it ever got as far as McMartin or some of the other big ones, so I'm not sure what to make of all this condemning Aquino out of the gate.  OTOH someone like Debbie Nathan, who wrote about that whole era, would probably make a really interesting guest.

YUP. Aquino is creepy as hell, and definitely far more interesting than Dolan. If half of what he's been accused of is true, then he's a monster. If not, he still has a really interesting background in psyops & the early days of the Church of Satan.
