Yes that clock is hooked to the Net and the atomic servers. First saw it during a visit to Radio France International in Paris and damn near ripped it off the wall, finally found the people who make it and now own (3).

Art
Art, you may have just upped the sales on atomic clocks!  :D

Art posted this photo of the 3 cats he has now a couple months ago.
I think thats Yeti, Abbydos, and Dolly.

Yeti, on the left, is 23, maybe 24 now.  I remember when Art got him.  Art posted some pics of Yeti playing in the big box that the C Crane Telescope came in.

Art do you still have those photos of Yeti playing in the box?

Haha, you have good eyes to spot the heating pad, I have a Chevy Tahoe SUV and it has heated seats and I figured out that after a drive I felt better then before I left, that's why I have that pad on the chair.

Most excellent links.

Thanks.

I can't wait until July to hear Art's new show, so I've been listening to some of the replays on tunein.

I first discovered Art while working the night shift at Kinkos Portland, OR in 1994.

I remember, once, I went to look at a used Volvo  at someone's house during a Sunday mid-evening, and I was  thinking that I had to hurry because I didn't want to miss Dreamland. While at the Volvo house, the two guys who lived there told me that I had to leave soon because they didn't want to miss Dreamland. No kidding.

I did buy the Volvo.

Yep, you read it all right: Art, midnights, Kinkos, Portland, Dreamland, Volvo.

I haven't been the same since.

Art, if you read this post, please know that you've made a positive difference in my life. I can't speak for others, but for me, you are one cool dude. Thanks.

Tom

Maybe one of you can help me, does anybody know the Year I first got Yetti? I honestly can not remember, I must have said something on air. I don't think he will be with us much longer, he throws up a lot so we give him milk which settles his belly.

Cat years work out a little bit different than dog years, Yeti is 113 in human years.

I give my kitty GNC Digestive Support, it's a powder of digestive enzymes I mix into her wet food.  She does much better when I give her that every other day or so.  It's about 10 bucks at the pet store.

I've heard that pumpkin (like from a can) helps with their digestion. I have never tried it, but a lady in my building that is a total cat lady swears by it. Maybe check it out on Google or something.

I have two cats, Boomer and Squeak. Boomer is a classic blue maine coon and we named him Boomer because as a kitten he kept running at the screen door to get out and....boom...it was closed. And Squeak is a white and black Ragdoll mix. We named him Squeak because he has a gentle little voice but likes to 'negotiate' often with us. He also has an almost perfect yin-yang symbol on his back.

Angels with fur...that's what they are....Angels with fur.

*sniff, sniff* getting verklempt now...talk amongst yourselves.

I give my cat Spot toooomeric powder in his water.  Except for the orange color of his skin, he otherwise tolerates it well.

Aw.  Great names you have for your kitties.  I've never been able to get mine to eat the pumpkin, but have heard that it works well to settle their tummy too.

Hi Art- Loved the pic of your cats- 24 is really impressive! My eldest female cat, Daphne, is having stomach troubles due to kidney disease- she's only 16. The vet told me to give her 1/4 of a Pepcid Ac 10mg tablet. (She vomits and they hope this will help settle her stomach) I break it up and put it in her food. I also have to give her fluids and electrolytes subcutaneously. Our goal is to keep her hydrated and help her regain some of the weight she's lost. I hope you can help Yetti feel better- they're members of the family and it's hard to see them hurting.  :'(

Have you tried coconut oil for your kitties? Mix with their food, a heaping tablespoon with each meal. It is great for sensitive stomachs, coats, and joints.
