I don't understand why people want Art back?  He had a good run for a time but the genre is as boring as George Noory  He must be 75 years old and he's certainly been exposed as a bad parent to say the least. He has always employed the same interviewing stye as Jorche. Talk over the guest.  I bet old "Long John Neville" shows would be more interesting than the stuff Art or C2C do now.

Muncie, IN stands with you sydtron.  Our claim to fame is we are the home of The Michael Vandeven Fan Club.

Another Hoosier, huh?!? I'm in Indianapolis, and we don't even have that big of a claim. We just get stuck with being known as the home of David Letterman.

I think that C2C and Premiere are concerned about Art's return on several levels:

1. Art is inherently more talented than Dave and has a much larger fan base
2. The 3 hour limited commercial format will have just as much content as a 5 hour C2C show
3. C2C has lost so many listeners that an further degradation of the numbers could be catastrophic
4. The digital program offers so much more flexibility than terrestrial radio
5. Terrestrial stations can easily add MITD to their programming
6. DAVE SUCKS!

Someone stirring the pot more than just being a Davebot according to past posts, hmmmm. I don't think I'd eat what you, or The Rock is cooking.

Can we wear tye-dye?

SURE, JUST DON'T GO OVERBOARD LIKE THIS COUPLE! THE LOCALS ARE FRIENDLY, BUT THEY ARN'T
KEEN TO ANYTHING TOO CALIFORNIA! ALSO IT'S NOT A 4:20 FRIENDLY TOWN, NYE COUNTY SHERIFF'S
AND ALL THAT!

Not sure he's a davebot, he seems to have criticized Noory quite a bit as well.  Seems he just doesn't like the genre in general anymore.  So, that being said, why post here at all?

Love it!   Plus...I breed butterflies!

Ah! A lepidopterist amongst us. Or an artist who uses a winged medium. Or both? I wish that R W Chambers were alive and here present to provide a magnificently stimulating conversation.

In lieu of, we will have to suffice.  ;)

Does the clown motel have cable so I can watch the Rangers game?

THE CLOWN MOTEL HAS FULL CABLE, BUT THE SERVICES OUT HERE ARE MORE COYOTES, KINGS, SHARKS, AND DUCKS FRIENDLY!
OH, THEY CARRY A LOT OF LA DODGERS GAMES, WHICH I LOVE! YOU KNOW VIN SCULLY IS A GENERAL IN THE SCORPION ARMY!
YES, I HAVE ONLY TWO DIFFERENCES ON TASTES FROM THE FIELD MARSHALL; ONE I PREFER BASEBALL OVER FOOTBALL, AND I
AM TOTALLY ADDICTED TO ROAST TURKEY!

Yea who knows, but it's an old political trick to pretend to be with one group, then you start criticizing that group from within...

Soon, very soon, it will be the night of the long knives.

As generally as I can state it,

You would save it to your computer as a graphic file, then upload it to your forum profile.

(Though I have it on good authority that MABUSE can easily mimic RWC ~at will~. Even the talented Joe Pulver would benefit from such Mabusian exposure.)

So are we talking computer gaming here or tabletop gaming, good old-fashioned D&D?

planning a butterfly release for Art's return!

Please do not hesitate to start a topic about your preferred species, etc, replete with photos and techniques.

While I know next to nothing about raising butterflies, I would enjoy reading about your process, updates, etc.

I'm a bit of a "Moth Man," myself, loosely raising Sphinx moths - to the great detriment of my neighbors' tomato plants.

I don't just claim to be evil. I walk that walk, sister. †††

Praise the destroyer hornworm!

(heh)

††† I believe electronic manipulation and sabotage reaches a limit in satisfaction. Sometimes, you have to, literally, get your hands dirty with agricultural hacking.

Life is fleeting.
