I don't understand why people want Art back?  He had a good run for a time but the genre is as boring as George Noory  He must be 75 years old and he's certainly been exposed as a bad parent to say the least. He has always employed the same interviewing stye as Jorche. Talk over the guest.  I bet old "Long John Neville" shows would be more interesting than the stuff Art or C2C do now.

I think that C2C and Premiere are concerned about Art's return on several levels:

1. Art is inherently more talented than Dave and has a much larger fan base
2. The 3 hour limited commercial format will have just as much content as a 5 hour C2C show
3. C2C has lost so many listeners that an further degradation of the numbers could be catastrophic
4. The digital program offers so much more flexibility than terrestrial radio
5. Terrestrial stations can easily add MITD to their programming
6. DAVE SUCKS!
