Based on Art telling (Redacted) that he gave her the wrong number and based on the fact that aldous has stated that he and (Redacted) will go to Pahrump on their way to see Rush and based on the fact that aldous and eyenoeyeno seem to have some "thing" going on it doesn't take a genius to see that (Redacted) and aldous are either going to interview Art or sit in on a broadcast.

Last I read the SKYcar was dead as the man behind it had been shown to be squandering funds invested. Self driving cars are a couple years off. But self driving cars that fly are just too dangerous.

You may be a little out of date with your information....  like about 10 years.  Here's an interview by Bill Robinson at HuffPo from 27May2014 - http://www.huffingtonpost.com/billrobinson/techfuture-hold-on-paul-m_b_5092345.html. Reading through the whole thing, I got the impression that many of the delays were brought on by government interference (much like the FAA's feet dragging over personal camera drones over the last few years) and a few high powered individuals who say it can't be and talk it down without any personal investigation (think Galileo, Copernicus and Kepler vs their Churches over planetary rotation.)  I'd be happy with a Doctor Muller interview on MITD.

How does one buy a compound? I want a compound.

generally speaking, at least in the past decades, you either have to be Kennedy (automatic compound designation) or from Texas (as gunownership and radical right-wing views assumed.) The other option to get "compound" status is at least harbor some far rightwing views but even then better when coupled with Texas, Idaho, Montana, E.Washington, UP, desert states, etc.) If not your property, no matter how big or how much you want Compound status, it becomes an estate, farm, ranch, getaway, lakehouse, retreat, commune, etc regardless of what you wish (and that hurts the real estate value! Compound adds a decent premium in selling, paparazzi, and government surveillance (which helps local community in sales of coffee and donuts.)) One hint is to use the terms "redoubt" , or though less effective, "off the grid", frequently, it helps getting your property upgraded to "compound" status in the MLS.
