Whomever, Davebot or not, can go get a placard that says "Hancock is a charlatan" on one side and "Art Bell Sucks" on the other side of the sandwich board and parade around the street. Or start a site or message board artbellsucks.com hancockliar.com (or .sucks as this is now a domain I'm told.) That is the 1st Amendment. But the operator of this, or any other privately owned board, can moderated, delete, or ban posters. That isn't a 1st Amendment Issue. And there are still civil potential liabilities for those domains or comments for people, so be careful (to wit the people on WWCR with regard to Art comments in the past.) And, depending on country, 1st Amendment (and also civil torts) don't exist or exist in different ways.

I've been a member on this site for a few years now. I haven't posted in a while. I still read the thread though. What got me to post today was reading that Bell's first guest will be Nocock. It tells me that his new show will be once again a recycling of the same frauds that he's had on in the last 25 years. I've listened to Art Bell since the beginning, probably longer than most of you and used to respect the man. I don't like how the guy has made his personal grievances public and call it how I see it. I worship no man. He is a media personality and public figure and will be called out on the carpet accordingly.

So just because his first show is a familiar guest, you have devined, as supposedly being prescient fact that all his future guests will be old ones and all be frauds.  If you are that good as predicting things, buy some lottery tickets.
