I would start waiting for the announcement for anytime after the 23rd or my gut is telling me the 26th of April. Here are my reasons:

1. Mercury is in retrograde until the 23rd, no major announcement would be made then astrologically!

2. Lent ends on Easter the 24th, I've explained the Philippino issue here!

3. The 25th is Easter Monday Holiday, it is not a business workday in the Phillipines!

4. There is a fly in my logic IF Art makes this announcement on Pahrump soil! Then only the 23rd, or item #1 would apply then.

I have Dark Matter Network playing with my wireless headset on listening while outside. I look up and off in the distance is a ball of orange light. I get my binoculars and look at it closer and all of a sudden it floats off out of my view. There is an Air Force base close by but that was no helicopter as far as I could tell. There was no sound of one from the distance that I normally hear.

I'm listening to a '97 show with Whitley Streiber, who, during a comment on prophecy, mentions the ending of the Age of Aquarius, seconds later, Art says "hold it right there Whitley, were at the bottom of the hour", and BOOM, on comes The Fifth Dimension's "Age of Aquarius". Now that song COULDN'T have been  programmed earlier.
So does Art have hundreds of songs cued, and he selects the appropriate one at break?
I guess that has to be the case, but literally no more than 3 seconds occurred between Whitley's mention and the song.
AMAZING that Art has all these songs in his head, and knows which one is appropriate at a given moment.
