That's what I don't understand. He knew the inspection of his apartment was coming up, yet waited until the last minute to do anything about it, which just so happened to coincide with the New Living Expo and an interview he's been talking about for the longest time. He blew it from poor planning.

Falkie is just a trainwreck - seems his whole life is. He should just change his name to Failkie.

Falkie had two tickets they were here Friday left and never came back

The venue wasn't big enough for a true legend (in his own mind) like Falkie. Perfect for you though, hehe.

Is Noory getting ready to face off with the Millenium Master?  8)

Mr. Noory, was that you on the UFOship chat room last night who signed on as Art Bell (because George Noory wouldn't work) to say that C2C wasn't responsible for the Bellgab redirect?

This. ALL of this. ^^^^^^^ :o

I'm curious as to whether Falkie's disappearance has to do with what occured last night... and if Dave is in anyway complicit, or knew anything?!?

George and Falkie have conspired together.  Falkie will only get his gig on the new pilot show if he sticks to the story that they never met.  We're being set up!

They are not that smart even combined, but my guess is Falkie may have a cohort... and if he blabs everything else to Dave why not this too. Something is fishy here.

I found the new hangout over at the artbell FB page after the site went down last night.
Yeah, I arrived there too.  However, I am not one of the 15 000 who is friends and can comment... So I just sat there updating it every now and then until I got bored and went to bed...  It would have been nice to have been able to comment.  C'est la vie.

I'm sure glad to see Dave has our back.  Now I can rest easy, knowing the grid is in good hands.

So, it was not a renegade koala on turmeric that bit through the connection cords late last evening.. . .

Rest assured folks we were just as baffled as you and were conducting an investigation to see if my site had any unusual activity...
I am quite sure that it was not some corporate sanctioned hacking.  However, it does seem very odd that it did not redirect to the C2C homepage, but rather to it's own little corner with the extension DMCA&Acquire.  I am not an expert in webpage design- but does this not mean that somebody had to set this part up and then redirect people to it, specifically?

So, either I have to believe that somebody hacked Coast as well and added a webpage, or believe that Coast just happened to have a webpage all set up for when the "acquire" others and that a hacker knew this and redirected people there...

Anyhow, either way, it is good for a laugh...

Hey George, when your done with your investigation perhaps you can help out with the St Louis PD internal probe.

Hi everyone
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone here.  Yesterday afternoon, after getting caught up reading the posts from this past Friday,  I decided to check out coast's webpage on facebook and lost interest , fast.  I love Art Bell.  I stopped listening to coast years ago and will listen if George Knapp is hosting.   Well, early evening I typed www.bellgab.com in the browser and was immediately taken to coast's webpage.   This happened several times.  Man,  was I angry cause it looked like the Bellgab site was being hijacked by coast.   I noticed this string "?dmca&acquire" at the end of coast's address.   I'm a grandmother and I'm not computer savvy and had to google instructions on how to remove this.   I tried for an hour and it didn't work, the page kept being redirected to coast.   This afternoon I was able sign in to Bellgab.  Not sure what happened but I'm happy now.

^MV is about to explain the situation on Gabcast which is on live now.

I feel bad for Mary Lynn and others like her if they are afraid to call in to C2C because of what we might say.
That would be another example of somebody having a problem themselves and using others to validate it.  Very few times have I seen people on this forum saying much about individual callers (alright, there is Bill the atheist who call in every night...)

Even if 5 people here all got together and commented that her call was lacking, who cares?  On this front, Dave has it right- keep plugging away.  There will be people who like her call and people who may think she is a flake.  Hell, that post has probably caused more comment than any call would have...

Yes, this site was "hacked".  Basically, somebody took control of bellgab and forced it to send all of the internet traffic to Coasts webpage for 12 or 13 hours.  It is fixed now and it is too bad that you had to waste your time looking for a way to fix something that was beyond your control...

Blame it all on my roots, I showed up in boots
And ruined your black tie affair
The last one to know, the last one to show
I was the last one you thought you'd see there.

Good ol' Garth Brooks.

Yep, I noticed that URL extension too. I thought that either IHateArtRadio or PremRat was taking the audacity to claim that stuff posted about Davie Boy was infingement of character and thus was DMCA protected, but I learned any valid DMCA sanctioning would not be not in this way, that MV (or any infringing person) would have written notice before sanctions are placed.

But if anyone in IHeart, PremRat, or Dave, Tom, Or Lisa really are thinking like that, that is just pure corrosive bullstool.

The "acquire" deal had me perplexed too I just wondered if someone found a back way in... and took advantage of the coast site while they were at it too. I'm sorry you had to waste any time dealing with these shenanigans.
