Afaik there is no imminent war for the United States, the closest call this week involved those Iranian ships going to Yemen, but they turned tail and headed home, so crisis averted on that front.  By process of elimination, the only war he could be referring to would be one waged by him on MITD, similar to the one that happened around the time Dark Matter started.
