Some nights I can't sleep or my knee, ankle hurt so much I'm screaming or at least in a lot of pain and have paid for streamlink and will again in the future.

this is not a reasonable sentence.

If the whole thing constitutes a leg - then where does the knee begin and the leg end?

Man I am so tired of my stupid back hurting, I feel cheated. I want to walk for exercise but have to stop and kneel down till I can continue.

Didn't Art fall of the deck too, or something like that?

Yup! I remember that one, he said his face was almost impaled onto a stake.  I think he said he stepped out the door and didn't know the deck was under construction... :o

Yeah, and that is undoubtedly what is bothering him tonight. He posted that on fb but didn't really say why it was hurting.

Yikes. I am accident prone myself, and have been known to randomly smack my head on things... so I know how that sort of thing goes.

I remember Art saying that his was the type of injury that doesn't get better.  The only option was a risky surgery that he'd never get done, and that he'd have to live with these flare-ups for the rest of his life.  Even sitting for too long at a time hurts; of coursh, the possibility of me remembering all this wrong is a strong one.

If Art needs to take a night off here or there, it's understandable.  I'm just thrilled like Bubbles going to buy Rush tickets that Art's determined to come back!

I imagine logging in and reading Bellgab is the best part of the job for some people over there. Noory does his cock of the walk routine at work and everyone gets a little secret smile.

Can Art do the show from an inversion table?

I hope he's getting some exercise for his back.  Gentle stretches, yoga, swimming...He could replace his indoor handball court (?) with a lap pool.

It's still unclear to me if Art plans to have other DM hosts help him throughout the week.  A M-F, 5 nights/wk show sounds a bit ambitious to me.  I would rather have a healthy, well-rested Art 1-2 nights a week.

All jokes aside, I wish I knew if these worked.

I think he mentioned trying to walk for exercise, but if you have to stop to kneel down while doing so that is bad.

U7radio got it's Cease and Desist. (Click Image to Enlarge)

Wow, I'm home from work and trying to catch up on the many posts entered today.  I am bummed about this cease and desist, I listen to Art at night via U7, not any more though.  Man, July can't come fast enough.

Art, thanks so much for your posts.  What an interesting read I'm having tonight.

On future theater tonight Nancy recommended  bellgab and told about Art Bell posting here.

Even though it's goofy looking, I have one and it does work.  It's pretty amazing really.  It's such a simple way to stretch and yet brings SO much relief.  I love it!

Here is a Time Travel question, if we were able to put together the silly amount of power it would require to send only one man back to the time of Jesus to observe the events of his life and then return to report the events without bias, who would you send and would you make it a Man of Science or a man of Faith?

Art
The answer to me is quite clear Art.  Both a man of science and a man of faith have their own kind of bias that would taint their observations.  It would have to be a man with a keen eye for observation and a completely open mind,  a man a lot like you Art.  However, one thing that I would like to point out is that it would NOT take a silly or infinite amount of power to rip apart the fabric of space and time like modern physicist propose....adept shamans of my Toltec lineage have accomplished this feat by using small amounts of personal power to separate and push aside the fibers of the Chronosphere in an almost surgical manner allowing them to weave and slip through the surface or buffering zone of time.  I have witnessed this first hand.

On a subject unrelated to this post, I just saw your post about your back issues on your  FB page and I could not comment on it because I am  not on your friends list there, so I hope you do not mind if I offer a suggestion here.  I am a private researcher for the professional division of the Monroe Institute and my research is centered around the use of the Hemi-sync technology merged with my Toltec shamanic training and techniques for healing and pain control.  There may be a way to help alleviate a lot of your pain and I would be happy to help in any way I can.

Art has said we're vaguely lovable.

I suggest that these two buttons should official Bellgab buttons.
