Of course, under those circumstances Art could go for new "late" guests, such as Tesla, Houdini, Long John Nebel, Edgar Allen Poe and Lovecraft.  Now there is a good first week!

Wouldn't it be great if Houdini contacted Art on Halloween, on "The Ghost Line"?

It is so sad that Houdini "wanted to believe" in contact from the dead...he wanted his beloved deceased mother to contact him, but it never happened and he ended up debunking a lot of "spiritualists".

The guests can be good or bad.  Art is like Johnny Carson but better.  He does challenge the guests and he knows when to shut up.  Hogue was a huge ass but Art maintained clarity.  All is good.

Last night when I called in I had an interesting conversation with the screener during the break. He had a conversation with me about snowboarding and skiiing on one of the local mountains near me lol. Very chilled out guy. Sirius XM has good people working for them.

Kinda was such a relief for me to have a decent person answer. When I used to call that "other" show a few times in the past I was confronted by a rude confrontational individual who even hung up on me on several occasions. (possibly tommy), Anyways it was nice to be treated like a human being. What a difference. I actually feel welcome to call now.

The special is called Peanut butter + Jelly and its a Wagyu Beef burger with bacon, cheese, tomato, pickles and peanut butter aioli served with raspberry jello.

And make it personal for Art as well.
See if they can talk to Ramona, Art's Mom and Dad and Abbydos and Art's other cats as well.
I seem to recall they once found the cat that some jerks executed in a prison.
It would be very interesting to see what cats feel about being on the other side.

I find that I am enjoying his new shows more than I did his old.  I loved the old one, and he kept me company through many , many nights at work- but I actually prefer the new.  I have speculated that Art no longer has anything to prove and he is not really building a brand like he was before... he just came back to have a good time.

I have never heard such happiness and delight and pure satisfaction as I heard in Art's voice on that night.
