Disingenuous means not genuine. simple as that. So are you splitting a hair as to insincerity and not being genuine? Or are you being genuine in being sarcastic to win a point on a forum of strangers?

I to some extent understand your choice to be defensive. And I am very sure you are grateful for my understanding.

But at the end of the day, are you still wanting some vindication for some imagined slight? You seem well versed, hope you can see those you have chosen to fence with are just as well reasoned.

I'd love to hang around as you put it.  I am being "genuine" in my fondness for the seamtress in the blue dress in Renoir's "Boating Party".  Renoir liked her too, since he married her and he was surrounded by luscious babes-(what a life-except for the rheumatoid arthritis, etc).  "Disingenuous" has rarely been used, in my experience, outside of depositions for legal procedings, and is an effective word when used in the correct context.(i.e. "I KNOW that you know better" ) Sincerity has little to do with it. She, I believe, thought that I was being sarcastic or misogynistic--which is a different matter. 
It's kind of up to you guys whether you want much needed new blood in this forum and it might start by NOT attacking everyone with a different perspective.  I've been reading this stuff for a while and frankly much of it is hilarious.

I think that Snoory is a corporate by product and a mediocrity.  You guys give him far too much credit in the "deviousness"department.  Howe can be interesting if she doesn't get too far off in the weeds, and only Art can handle her well,

IF you have an Iphone ( I don't know a thing about Androids except from science fiction ) there's a free app called Griffin Clock that allows you to set an alarm by just sliding your finger across the screen & you can set it for time increments or any time you want.
Hmm, there are apps for tracking Rush Limbaugh anywhere you are in the country so you can hear him on the radio.
Maybe an app to tell you what time Art will come on Sirius anywhere in the world ?
