ART BELL INTERVIEWED BY KEITH ROWLAND VINTAGE AND…: http://youtu.be/0sB0UYQep9E

Pele

I haven't been here since Art left Sirius. I expect it will take time to get used to the culture of the board, but I'm kinda drunk so I just wanted to introduce myself and say Hi! I was greatly disappointed in the Sirius experiment and I am eagerly looking forward to July. I started listening around 1995 so I guess I am a somewhat of an old timer. I was fortunate enough to hear Mel's Hole and Area 51 live. I can't wait for July. I hope it sticks.

Great avatar.  Mel's Hole when it aired, ah that was great radio.  If you recall from Dark Matter, Art said he wanted to bring the MadMan back asap!  I hope he does in July.

There's so many variables, I have thrown all assumptions in the trash & am going to wait & see what Art decides to do.

Art has the Asian flu?

Quote from: Georgie For President 2216 on January 17, 2015, 10:48:52 PM
Art has the Asian flu?

Well they would be Art Flu, Airyn Flu and Asia Flu according to Art's message.

Art updated. He is sick as a dog, according to his latest Facebook post..
I can say this: I was a flu-family this past December--it was a virus that never left, weeks worth of my wife and son passing it back and forth. I caught some residuals but my body was healthy enough to stave off the most of it.
It is certainly my hope that Art recovers by July.

Ms. C

and here is the facebook post that Art says he is sick as a dog ....

especially when at the age of ten or so you unchain them from the closet space under the stairs and allow them to start school.

I cannot see a company worth a hill of beans taking a chance on Art. He hasn't broadcasted regularly for what, 7 years? Why take a chance on someone with a history like Art's.

I think if he owns his own broadcasting company, he can do whatever he wants and doesn't have to take orders.

I see drinking or smoking weed before entering this forum as partially required body armor for discussion. I have not been here in a while either. Art ... well, you know Art was gone and everyone was sad and being passive aggressive about losing him. I have fun with this group because they are thought criminals in general ...or are silent in the anarchy lurking in their hearts. They can be a little tough on newbies but you bite their head off and they behave. No one respects you in here until you fight with one of them so have fun with it. It's like a virtual bar brawl where everyone ends up hugging each other. Welcome to hell.

I think of us as dysfunctional minds thinking alike. The family I had in a past life, probably French. I love you too Pierre'.
