I want to say, or it is another frequent caller, that he is also the "Bill" that starts to go into communism, Jewish conspiracy and usually gets cut-off. Same guy or different caller?

I don't see it that way, I see the thread as an outlet where we express our exhasperation through healthy satire. 

Sure it annoys George to no end, but think of all the good it's done for humanity, all those poor souls like me channeling our annoyances here, as opposed to bashing our heads against the wall every nite.

Btw, like MV said earlier, I don't hate the guy either or wish suffering on him or anything like that.  But that said, some mockery is indicated for all the foolishness he spreads over our radio waves.

I don't come here because of any great love for Art Bell. I come here because Jorch irks me so much. I have to admit Art is a better interviewer than Jorch, but then most people would be. And Art does strike me as a big drama queen. He could have stayed on Sirius. And he probably is not overbrimming with morals, since he married a young bride 3 months (!) after his previous wife's death. Still, I'd rather hear Art interviewing people than Jorch. At least he calls people on their B.S. sometimes, and makes them back things up.

My cousin remarried only a few months after her husband's death, so Art getting remarried so soon after Ramona's death doesn't sound too weird.

I just hate that Dave ruined Coast, a show we all loved when Art was at the helm.  Plus the fact he failed to improve despite attempts by members on here to give him constructive criticism which he ignored.  Seems he's trying hard to change his ways now but alas it's too late haha he sucks.  Ah well I can't help it.

i can only speak for myself, but i don't personally hate george.  on the contrary, i suspect he's probably an alright guy overall, away from the microphone.  i just don't like what he did with the radio show i used to enjoy listening to.  but i don't wish death upon him or personally hate him.  i don't have the energy for it, even if i wanted to.

even though he (and his crappy tv show) cost you $50 ?

I didn't like a lot of the stuff said here when I first joined, and I still don't like most of the cheap shots aimed at humiiating George sexually or comparing him to bodily functions but I take my fair share of cheap shots nevertheless.  However we aren't ganging up on the nerd in highschool (I was the nerd incidently).  We're ganging up on someone who is either too lazy or is incapable of doing his job properly.  We're ganging up on someone who makes irresponsible, potentially damaging, on-air decisions because he seems unable to make that distinction. 

I would think an ordinary person, faced with such derision, would feel embarrased and make an effort to educate himself in material relevant to his program in order to avoid future embarassment.  I would think he would make a stronger effort to vet his guests properly.  But George is either unable, or being quite egocentric, sees these attacks as being very personal (well, who can blame him on that front) but doesn't connect them to his job performance.

Well, the point I was originally trying to make is that someone said "maybe this is the best George can do."  Perhaps that's true, but then he probably shouldn't be doing it.  I have difficulty communicating effectively in verbal settings, and I have avoided takng jobs where verbal communication and socialization are primary requirements of the job because I'm no good at it.  Kudos to George for giving it a shot, but if he's unable or unwilling to make the effort to up his game, shouldn't he be taking responsibility for that?  George potentially influences millions of people, and if he can't do his job responsibly, then perhaps our derision is, to a point, justified.

After a few years of Dave's constant butchering of even the simplest English phrases and his apparent drunken bumbling of interview after interview after interview, I had had enough... Surely I wasn't the only person on this planet to realise that George Noory was at best an unprepared, incompetent hack (and at worst a brain-dead, retarded ass-monkey). I felt like Rowdy Roddy Piper's Nada character in "They Live"... Could I really be the only one to have seen this travesty for what he truly was? I turned to my trusty ol' friend Google. Innocuously, I typed: "george noory sucks"... DING! DING! DING! Up came a link to this very thread. At that time, the thread was already hundreds of pages long. YES! Others see it too! Others see it too!!

If the Bellgab.com forum required users to sign a binding agreement to disclose information such as working for C2C, working for George Noory, working for Iheart, being a show guest, host, fan club member, or purchaser of products as the result of an advertisement on Coast and other such vital information before being given access to posting on bellgab, the bellgab site owner would be rich collecting penalty fees for poachers, posers and trolls. But then, there wouldn't be all these days spent trying to help the poor trolls get through their lives and carry out their jobs posting on this site per the boss's orders, just to get a paycheck.
