Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

You people are so mean you'd kick a baby seal while it was down. George Noory did for C2C what James Brown did for classical music.

You're close. It's more like George did for C2C what Pat Boone did for R&R.

Don't we kind of make up money whenever we create credit?

Does he think that Hollywood purposely casts Black guys in emasculating roles? That conspiracy theory seems to be right up there with AIDS and Church's Fried Chicken. I'm serious, by the way.

(Not) Professor Griff: ""Fat Albert" was full of heavy occult symbolism."

Who knows, I haven't heard anything from him since 1989.

IIRC, he parted ways with Public Enemy. If his views are still as strident, we might actually hear a "classic" Coast (hee).

A little research shows that PE may be trying to make a come back. I can see why Grif would be on C2C now.

I wonder how many more times the guest, in an interview about digital money, has to say "bitcoin" before realizing George doesn't care or isn't paying attention.

Renaldo

I just tuned in. Is tonight's guest a precocious 13 year old with a helium addiction?

Renaldo

Also, is he in the cave with Dave, and is Dave sitting on his head? Because that's what it sounds like.

He indeed sounds young. Of course, Ian Punnett sounds like a college freshman to my ears.

I wonder what George has planned for the 16th to get as many people as he can to tune in after Art's debut.

karios8

George has nothing planned, he just reads the cards.

George Drooly

Typically horrible show tonight. First guest reasonably intelligent (despite his squeaky-scratchy teenaged-boy voice) and an interesting subject, but George ruins it by repeatedly mentioning his amazement at cutting edge technology... like... direct deposits? Hey George, this shit's been around like 50 years now... probably longer than pizza rolls. Airhead second guest exemplifies the moronicism of new age tools, whose "philosophy" of the afterlife is little more than fuzzy light and prancing unicorns while invariably excluding any possibility of misery or suffering... or, you know, just simple nothingness.

Juan

Didn't we have a guest recently who said that Jay Z is Illuminati?

Fuzzy light, prancing unicorns?  Burbank Hell.

I was snoozing to Snoory last night and was surprised to hear a little pushback to Art.  He made a plea to Facebook followers. C2C would go to the next "plateau" if just 74 more would "like".  Then he went to bumper, the Stones' Play With Fire.  Take that, I guess.

Seems like all you need to be a guest on the show anymore is a fluffy new-age website with lots of orbs and unicorns and you're on.

SciFiAuthor

It's going to be interesting to see how this is all dealt with. Will Art be able to find better guests? Unfortunately, a lot of his better ones from the old days are dead. Take Malachi Martin, he was one spooky interview, but there really isn't anyone out there to replace him, so George had to go find oddball traditionalist splinter group catholics like Michael Dimond and several others to try to fill the gap. Unfortunately they don't quite cut it, and it seems like George went through a series of 'priests' trying to find a replacement to no avail. I'm not sure Art will have any better luck.

Al Bielek, most of the first-hand connection people with Roswell, John Keel, the previous crop of Hopi elders. . . all gone.

If the paranormal books that have been coming out are any indication, we're running low on people that *might* be credible, or at least tell a good tale, and instead we're winding down to whackjobs and frauds. There are a few good untapped ones out there, but not much, not like we had in the 90's.

Art's either going to find a whole new crop of people, or it'll be a rotation of Hoagland, Strieber, Michio Kaku, and a whole lot of fluff just like what Noory's getting.

So if we can get George out of his shell again, I'd like to ask a serious question from a position of not intending to make fun or criticize:

George, are you guys having trouble finding decent groundbreaking guests?

sleeplessinca

Art doesn't have to worry about outdoing the Numbers Lady and he can out interview  Snoorz any day.  He handles open lines way better.  I hope folks like JC will find him.  Sure the old guard was amazing but there are amazing people being born everyday.

NORGEGORY

Michio Kaku.  The Carl Sagan of our day.  Who knew?

And Dave told us he's part of the troika which selects these supercalifragilisticexpialidocious guests.  Does Dave have an attention deficit issue during these magical selection moments, bad taste, too much reliance on focus groups, just what is it that causes Dave, once again, to fall short?  Dave just plain sucks.

Well there was this one time I was best man in a wedding in Hawaii...... and they MADE me get up and dance on stage wearing a grass skirt and coconut shell bikini top.  8)

If you guys keep pushing, you're going to turn poor George into another Orson Welles. Bitter and lashing out. I'll have no part in it!

You got that right.

He did mention in his brief stay here that he has ADD - I thought he was joking, but maybe PremRat gets a tax deduction for hiring someone with a disability?

Hey, why does Jorch keep logging here but he hasn't left a comment since 8/24?  Does he know he doesn't need to log in to read comments? Or is it really being staffed out to some poor intern now.

He said he needs to keep an eye on us.  I think he wants us to know "they're" watching.

Big Brother.....    I thought George didn't like big brother tactics!  Is Alex watching his account?

Checking his PM reports from undercover moles.
