He mentioned he once gave Fantastic Forum moderator Spike Mike years ago $500 to help him with something and after that Spike Mike's attitude changed. I recall he used to be anti-Noory and became pro-Noory at one point at the FF, that must have been after Noory's 'bribe' perhaps? But since the FF activity for the nightly show chat dwindled quickly after Noory took over as main host, Spike Mike eventually just disappeared. I did notice however in the past week he reappeared over at the new artbell.com facebook page and posted there looking forward to Art Bell's return...

Holy crap, Dave Noorie is lower than pond scum!   I shouldn't be surprised by the total lack of class Noorie exhibited with this revelation, yet I am.    If his intent was to totally humiliate Spike Mike last night, my guess is that his mission succeeded in spectacular fashion. 

I don't know Spike Mike outside of a fair amount of cyber interaction with him when he used to host Spike Mike's Original Radio Room at FF.   He was unfailingly gracious to all, going out of his way to make posters in his thread feel welcome and valued.  He struck me as an unusually humble and kind man. 

Dave Noorie is an ass.  It sounds like he bribed Mike to leave the FF at the same time he (Dave) quit giving shout outs to FF because so many long-time posters came to the inescapable conclusion that Dave is an unreedemable, low-class, incompetent moron of subpar intellect.  Mike is a disabled vet, and I'm sure finances were a struggle for him.

I bet Dave took notice of Spike Mike posting on Art's facebook page, as excited and happy as a puppy  about Art's return.   So in Dave's paranoid, infantile, punitive little mind, making the bribe public at this time was only for the purpose of humiliating the target.  The cruelty is staggering.   It was probably also intended as a warning shot to anyone else whose silence Dave may have similarly purchased.   My bet is that there are more than just Spike Mike.   Could Dave Noorie have been this insecure that the cushy job he lucked into, and for which he knew he was completely unqualified, might be threatened by those who mocked him on the internet, or continued sending emails to TPTB at Premrat?  O....M....G

It's hard to say.  One person with some sort of disability phoned in after a few weeks and said he hadn't received help yet (I think George had promised to recommend his case to a doctor he knew).  When George tried to reassure him and pass him off to Tommy, the words 'you're a liar' could be heard faintly before George managed to cut the caller off.

However, I like to give George the benefit of the doubt and believe he honestly wants to help people in his inept way.  And to be fair, that caller sounded like he had some sort of victimization complex going on.

Now that I know PremRat offers shows paid callers to make the show "authentic" I wonder if he doesn't hire a few of those sob stories once in awhile to melt our hearts when it seems like he is about to offer them assistance.  Or Jorch is really a great guy with a big heart and crappy interviewing skills. 

Does anyone know if it was Alex Jones or Jorch who was out eating with his crew when some fan stood behind his chair during the whole meal waiting to have a chat with him?  I think it's it Jorch because I feel like Alex would have blown his top.

There was a clip from some convention several years ago where George was at the mic and was holding up one of the participants paycheck.  I don't remember exactly what George did but it was something along the lines of as joke telling everyone how bad the guy needed the money and pretending he wasn't going get it.  It embarrassed the person of course.
