Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

No

But, but, he's a GabCast listener, remember?
I can't imagine Jorch would actually listen.  He might get an intern to listen for him so they could bring some sort of legal BS to our doorstep.  BTW - the  GabCast has a volunteer legal counsel position that is vacant.  We don't currently have any legal BS hanging over our heads.  Just thought I'd be proactive.

Perhaps we should engage Art's Bellgab legal counsel. He got Art out of that NC contract. Wait .... what?

I suspect Noory will ruin it with stupid questions.

If it were Knapp it'd likely be pretty good.

I gotta admit that hearing Gomer and Goober on their Southern bigfoot adventures last night was a bit of a flashback to happier times on C2C...though I had a lot of trouble understanding one of the one from NC.

I loved Burnette. He reminded me of my hillbilly friend in South Carolina, especially when he said: "he wheel keel yo aaaass". I was chuckling with delight when Burnette said that Bigfoot had a 'paynus' that looked like it belonged on a horse, because I knew Noory was in a tizzy worrying about what earthy comment the guest might make next. I'll bet Mr. Clean has a secret life of raunchy perversion, and that's why he makes such a fuss about his show being family friendly.

George is going to ruin the show with my favorite C2C guest tonight.

Knapp and David P. have already had two interviews about MISSING 411.....THEY WERE AWESOME!  NOTHING WILL TOP THOSE TWO PROGRAMS!

If I recall correctly, they had three.
I don't understand why Knapp would recommended Paulides go on Noory's show. I know he's a decent guy, but giving up your best guest...?
Paulides is smart enough to know Noory's an idiot. Hopefully he'll keep talking and not give the sNooron a chance to interrupt.

Email Knapp and let him know - he should have Paulides. WTF?

Jorch was talking about using "front arms" in reference to ape locomotion.

Hahaha! I heard that. It was painfully funny. All he was trying to do was ask if the Bigfoot moved like a gorilla, but the linguistic contortions he wrapped himself in were quite extraordinary.

Presumably Joorch's front arms go with his back feet.....remember the ones he was kicking chairs over with? (See MV's inaugural post, 1469 pages ago!)

I've stopped listening to C2CAM. I don't hate George, but his deficiencies as a host have become too obvious to continue listening. I predict declining listener-ship numbers in C2CAM's future. Premrat needs to make a change... Soon!

You are correct......they have had three!  All OUTSTANDING!  Tonight will be sloppy seconds.

...*Dave, in all your research, what's the one case that really stands out for you/baffles you/terrifies you?

This one is so certain the only issue is when will Noory most likely ask it.  My prediction: near the top of the second hour w/ Paulides.

yumyumtree

Looking forward to Jack Cashill. I like him.

yumyumtree

Well, I'm pretty sure it's pronounced Cash-short a-ill, not Cay-shill, as George did.

Cashill is the guy who believes that Bill Ayers ghostwrote Dreams from my Father.

Is this the same Cal Orey that wrote The Healing Power of Chocolate?

I think the word might be "plied", not "piled". We're in for a bumpy night.

Ha! Yes, for a moment I thought Joorch had termed a new euphemism for drunk, as in, 'I was absolutely piled'. Then I realised it was just a good old Mushmouth. Unless the guy woke up to find himself buried under piles of free drinks. What a dolt.

(This is the guy who's claiming substantial gambling losses be returned to him because he was too drunk to know what he was doing)

Hmm. Tonight's themes....missing planes.....missing people. Too much to hope there might be a missing talk show host before the next three and a half hours have passed?

Gassy Man

I'm listening right now, and they're talking about the plane turning.  I've been hearing that all weekend and today, and so far, everyone addressing the issue has talked about someone at the controls turning the plane.

But what if the pilots were incapacitated or the controls damaged or both and the plane, as it began its descent, simply did a slow, out of control turn?  It could have descended very slowly, over hundreds of miles, before it finally came down, and the whole turning thing was never intended.

Doesn't account for the disappearance from the radar. In your scenario, they would still have been seeing it. I understand even if it was an explosion, larger pieces of debris would still have registered on the radar screens.

Gassy Man

That's a good point -- and they're actually addressing it now.  Apparently, the disappearance from radar is quite anomalous, even if it had exploded as you say, if I'm hearing correctly now.  I always thought there was a floor below which things disappeared from radar, though.

NoMoreNoory

George The Ghoul wonders whether, if they find the black boxes, they will be able to hear 'the voices of the pilots screaming'.

11angeleyes11

I'm just following the flight discussion, but I received an e-mail tonight about the theory of an ufo.  There was an anomaly on the radar that took off five times faster than other planes, and then it disappeared.  This was just moments before the plane disappeared.  Nothing else accounts for it and it is explained.  Further, on another website I read that some of the family of the survivors are calling cell phones and they are ringing.  Maybe it was either a ufo or a dimensional time warp?

Gassy Man

Or maybe a missile that hit the plane with such destructive force that it cause the near-complete disintegration of the plane.  Maybe the pilots turned in a futile effort to avoid being hit.

11angeleyes11

I watched a four minute video laying it out and it was fascinating.  It was included in the e-mail.

I think there maybe another thread on this and maybe I should have posted it there, but it just flowed with the show subject matter.  Based on that show subject matter, I think I will return to MIA.

I'm surprised George hasn't take then Bermuda triangle angle yet. I imagine if this mystery isn't solved any time soon, an expert guest on Amelia Earhart will come on coast. We all know George is not good with geography. "Describe to the audience what it would look like as flight 370 flies right into the Bermuda triangle portal." *sigh*

I've been accused of a lot of things.   Does that count as legal experience?

You can tell George is right on script when within the first 1 minute of the interview you hear, "That's a great question." George is reading his list and the interviewee is happy that George is following orders. Good boy!

This is too painful to listen to. I wish they had just replayed the George Knapp interview with this guy. I will be turning it off. I can't take George's dumb comments and overacting and his odd, breathy vocalizations. Bellgabbers are on your own to sit this one out.

11:23 PST.
George just mashed some words up into something strange.
Something about if anything happened to his kids "pshdfowefuwe"

a caller did did bring that up, also the twilight zone.
i expected Noory to ask "what about a portal?"  8)

Noory will probably have Major Ed Dames remote view it...
