My Constitutional right to bear arms doesn't have to be threatened for me to punch a baby. The trick is to do it when the mother is looking the other way. The Dollar Store is a good place for this.

This is what I read about Hoagland's involvement with NASA.  They had a program where they gave presentations from outside sources to try to give NASA employees fresh insights.  Attendance was good because it was a break from the regular work schedule.  Someone had heard Hoagland somewhere, thought he was interesting, and asked him to be one of the presenters.  In no way did they ever endorse his views.  Of course, Hoagland has greatly exaggerated this to sound like he was some sort of advisor.

Thanks for that link.  Very interesting.  I'm sure there is a small percentage of what Dick says that is factual, but I don't believe the other majority portion.  I have never been a fan.  Taking a few "facts" and then conjecturing on the other 95% and presenting it as scientific fact just does not fascinate me.
