Bullshit.  ::)

You're a computer security expert?  You must also be a speed reader.  I'm impressed at your rapid assessment little more than a minute after I posted the link to the lengthy article.

Much of the hackers come from that region.

And, they ride skateboards, smoke unfiltered cigarettes, and wear black leather jackets.

Where was all this concern about Russia when Lee Harvey Oswald was returning from his April 31st wedding? It seems misplaced now.

"Sandman-Logan" needs to look into it.Though, in my limited, knowledge hackers etc use all kind of tools to route their traffic from various places to try to hide.

I'm pretty sure Logan will tell you that it's likely impossible to determine just where they originate from because of what you're saying. It's public knowledge now that he 1. had a very weak password (that was password  ::)); 2. fell for a phising email scam asking him to reset his gmail password. He even asked their tech people and they told him it was legit.  ::); 3. Apparently, he left a phone of his in a cab and didn't get it back till about 24 hours later. This is basically a guy asking to be hacked. Where is the ACTUAL evidence of an intrusive hack at all?!

I'm both and I concur. The jingoism practically leaps off the page.

What is it that makes you think that Russia is this big bad demon? Is it because you think they're all black?

At first during the Clinton private, illegal server stuff came out I assumed it was a "plausible deniability" scheme for their profit-making via the Foundation and pay-to-play. (They accept funds to their Foundation(s) from foreign actors and large corporations and banking interests and then they get easy access to State Dept communications via the unsecured network but Clintons can claim "a mistake.") But with all the stuff from Podesta, Huma, Weiner's sexting underage girls, Hillary's drinking and medical issues, etc I'm thinking maybe they are just really, really clueless and incompetent (still criminal though also.)

Investigating Donald Trump, F.B.I. Sees No Clear Link to Russia

QuoteFor much of the summer, the F.B.I. pursued a widening investigation into a Russian role in the American presidential campaign. Agents scrutinized advisers close to Donald J. Trump, looked for financial connections with Russian financial figures, searched for those involved in hacking the computers of Democrats, and even chased a lead â€" which they ultimately came to doubt â€" about a possible secret channel of email communication from the Trump Organization to a Russian bank.

Law enforcement officials say that none of the investigations so far have found any conclusive or direct link between Mr. Trump and the Russian government. And even the hacking into Democratic emails, F.B.I. and intelligence officials now believe, was aimed at disrupting the presidential election rather than electing Mr. Trump.

KEK Crooked Hillary is left looking like a fucking retard once again.

It's become increasingly boring, as the same ground gets covered over and over with the same kinds of insults issued. Next to no new voices or ideas.

It would be interesting to get a few undecided voters on here. I'd like to know how people can still be undecided at this late date. There are always undecideds late in an election who for whatever reason haven't been paying attention, but there is a group who can't claim that excuse and still intends to vote.

What's keeping them from deciding, something about this election or something about them?

Apparently GravityS is waiting to hear from Madonna before he makes his final move... LOL

You know 136.  People might treat you differently if you didn't carry yourself so arrogantly  with little modicum of humility.  You don't do yourself any favors by the way you present yourself on this forum.  And you wonder why people are hostile towards you.  You're socially disabled to put it kindly.

Very well put 21, very well indeed...you of all the people here had the most patience dealing with 136Bitchy Poofta's constant insults
and painful death wishes on you -his behaviour is not one time outburst at one particular person but constant insulting those who have opposite
opinions to his.
Very aggressive provocateur almost like somebody hired him to agitate posters here -him being from foreign country /Canada/ exchanging
insulting posts with Americans about elections not in his country but in the USA expressing his opinions, quoting so called facts
/that quite often are totally false/ - just day ago Gravity posted news paper clip from 1993 proving that what 136Bitchy Poofta
said about Trump was a 100% lie.

SCREW him and his insults, he should be thankful that people wan't to exchange posts with him,but in return he is constantly
insulting them calling them ugly names and wish painful death on them..I guess as a Canadian he is felling superior to American people

SCREW 136Bitchy Poofta

{Quarantine time I guess}

Donald Trump; Mathematically Guaranteeing Him A Presidential Victory!  10.31.16.

COLUMBUS, OH (AP) â€" History was made today in Columbus, Ohio when more than 3 million Amish poured into the city to see the American Amish Brotherhood (AAB), an organization which acts as an informal governing body for the Amish community, endorse Donald Trump for president. That number represents a significant portion of the total Amish population, which the United States Census Bureau says numbers more than 20 million men and women nationwide all pledging their vote to Trump for President. With the full force of the Amish community behind him, Donald Trump is now mathematically guaranteed to win the presidency in November.

Are you a prude, 136?  You sure act like one.  Sex is good.  The most beautiful  activity on Earth.  The fact that you seem to have problems with it says a lot about you.  Are you embarrassed by sex?  Prematurely ejaculate much?  Or maybe you just can't get it up.  I think I'll go with the latter.  No wonder you are miserable and treat people like shit.

hahahaha LOL

21st and 136: It's kind of a shame to see you two clashing. You are each part of a very small group of people on this forum, especially in the Politics section, to ever admit to making a mistake or to have possibly misjudged a situation -- although maybe not to each other.

For a forum where the usual debating rules don't apply and where people generally resort to insults rather than admit that an opposing voice has made a convincing or valid argument, that's saying something. Let's just face the fact that the culture here, like a lot of places, rewards fighting and devalues sober discussion. This place couldn't solve its way out of a paper bag -- and that's just its nature.

Value of Pi -perhaps you are not familiar with all the insults that 136Bitchy Poofta posted at 21 and others, besides making various false claims
and statements not supported by facts --but 21 is not the one who is clashing here...
it's the 136Bitchy Poofta who is on regular basis clashing with other posters

^^ Fascinating article. Any computer security tech-types here?  I'd love to hear your opinion on this.

Haven't read this yet, but one scenario with the Russians has always seemed fairly likely to me. One way the KGB/Russian spy agencies have typically operated in foreign countries was to use blackmail to get people in sensitive positions to compromise themselves. Can you imagine a bigger or easier target than Trump?

While a sex scandal wouldn't bother Trump a bit, what would bother him is evidence of a crime, particularly a crime that once exposed could lead to the ruination of his business empire. What wouldn't he do to avoid that kind of failure? Not much.

So I am certain that the FBI is just one of many U.S. intelligence agencies looking at the Trump-Russia connection. There should be more to come on that story although we may never know the whole story.

I agree but we KNOW of the Clinton ones (remember he was the one that encouraged the bail-out by the IMF with no auditing or accounting and the "green" stuff with Gorby. And, paradoxically,  escalated tensiions with them over the Muslims but then decades later makes $$$ off uranium deals n Foundation/State Dept stutf.) I posted right-wing news sources on all earlier (from NYTimes.)

Yes, I was very surprised too.  I know the Amish People do not get involved in politics.  Sorry.  I wasn't aware of the .ca thingy.

Well was never as good as was cracked up to be, especially in media and internet. But worse now with less business, less editors, and not making money and "first to report" or outright paid by people (or in kind like for "access.") I've been fooled sometimes but also look at everything with a gimlet-eye, check for original sourcing (most news is aggregated or wire sourced) and who they are etc,) multuple reports, local reports etc before believing or posting here. So much fake news, polls, or "spin."

I have to assume that the Clintons have been looked at very carefully and very recently by our spy agencies (the NSA might have checked out Hillary's server before anyone else). Their criteria for identifying and dealing with threats is strictly national security and they know the difference between stupid or careless handling of information and outright dangerous activity.

And where the presidency is concerned, they damn well better know the difference.

The Amish still have integrity, which is probably why somebody thought they would make for useful propaganda.

I dont like the idea of Star Chambers or Deep States, but agree that you are likely correct. The corruption (sexual, financial, mental)  of the Clintons are ideal for that type of situation.

Who knows but the "shadow government" that people are so afraid of could have saved our bacon in the past (and might again), whatever bad stuff they may also have done. Looking at this election, I sure hope that somebody is able to act as our guardian angel if our elected officials go off their rockers.
