It's public knowledge now that he 1. had a very weak password (that was password  :); 2. fell for a phising email scam asking him to reset his gmail password. He even asked their tech people and they told him it was legit.  :; 3. Apparently, he left a phone of his in a cab and didn't get it back till about 24 hours later. 21st and 136: It's kind of a shame to see you two clashing. You are each part of a very small group of people on this forum, especially in the Politics section, to ever admit to making a mistake or to have possibly misjudged a situation -- although maybe not to each other.

For a forum where the usual debating rules don't apply and where people generally resort to insults rather than admit that an opposing voice has made a convincing or valid argument, that's saying something. Let's just face the fact that the culture here, like a lot of places, rewards fighting and devalues sober discussion. One way the KGB/Russian spy agencies have typically operated in foreign countries was to use blackmail to get people in sensitive positions to compromise themselves. Can you imagine a bigger or easier target than Trump?

While a sex scandal wouldn't bother Trump a bit, what would bother him is evidence of a crime, particularly a crime that once exposed could lead to the ruination of his business empire. What wouldn't he do to avoid that kind of failure? Not much.

So I am certain that the FBI is just one of many U.S. intelligence agencies looking at the Trump-Russia connection. There should be more to come on that story although we may never know the whole story.

Well was never as good as was cracked up to be, especially in media and internet. But worse now with less business, less editors, and not making money and "first to report" or outright paid by people (or in kind like for "access.") I've been fooled sometimes but also look at everything with a gimlet-eye, check for original sourcing (most news is aggregated or wire sourced) and who they are etc,) multuple reports, local reports etc before believing or posting here. So much fake news, polls, or "spin."
