The article backs up exactly what I wrote. The Supreme Court wrote that it's up to Parliament to write a new law that explicitly bans further acts.  The court wrote that the explanation written by the government that passed the initial law used the term 'beastiality' and, at that time, beastiality only referred to sex acts with animals that involve penetration. 

The fault here in not with the Supreme Court, the fault is with the politicians using terms imprecisely and possibly writing imprecise laws. That's the problem, it's possible the government of that day only meant to ban sex acts with animals that involved penetration.

Contrary to what you seem to be claiming, our Supreme Court did not rule that the government could not pass a law outlawing additional sex acts with animals.

This is a major sticking point to me. Obama's government and various groups, for and against, trot these numbers claiming X number of illegals. How do they know? Sure some, like when Obama allows people to overstay their VISAs or by counting the vast numbers in jail and prison for other crime, can be identified but how to they come up with the other, presumably larger, numbers of illegals when they claim these numbers? And if they know why don't they visit them and arrest them or at least serve them papers?

All countries have "home grown scumbags" who commit horrible crimes and even terrorism. But how does importing MORE into a country via legal and illegal immigration help sort out that problem? It just exacerbates the problem. The same can be said for failing schools, bad healthcare, uninsured people (both for vehicles and healthcare, etc. Importing more uneducated, illiterate, uninsured, diseased, etc just makes those problems worse.
