If so, why do you think members of Congress would be watching?  They do actually have meetings to attend.  And full staffs to keep them informed on speeches, news articles, opinion pieces, etc.  Isn't that the way it works in Parlement, or is everyone sitting around watching TV all day?

First off, Trump defeated the DC Republican Establishment as well as Mrs Clinton and the Fascists.  They didn't like him before the election and don't like him now.  The majority of the Rs in Congress are not conservatives, and neither is Trump, so he doesn't have that base in the Congress.  They do have an agenda, and a certain amount of it dovetails with Trump's agenda, so they are going to have to work together. 

No, he isn't a slick slimy lifetime politician beholden to lobbyists and campaign funding the way they are.  They don't like that because they can't control him, therefore they don't trust him.  Many of them hope to hold their seats for decades, long after he's gone, and are concerned they may end up in as causalities the Democrat Fake News Media's witch hunt to destroy his presidency - and since they have no ties to him they aren't going to place themselves at risk on his behalf


But beyond all that, I thought you were the one always insisting people stick with provable facts.  None of which are present in your post.

Indeed. Let us know when Trump starts making overtures to the House and Senate to work with him, rather than his pre-occupation in trying to drum it into anyone who might listen that he expects everyone to love him as much as he loves himself. As for fake news; its simply anything that Trump doesn't like, true or not.
