It's a crazy place..........

Salt? Who needs 40 lbs bags of salt at the house with winter over?   I'll assume Harry is hucking here and it's rice.

You notice they didn’t show the line for monosodium glutamate.

Salt was out here two weeks ago.  Last week it was flour.  I am not on that distribution list, apparently, just style guidance.  I saw several stories trying to make us not blame our neighbors for the TP issue, saying that everyone is now pooping at home, but I don't buy it; it's just lemmings.

Plenty of good, lean meat at the store today, though -- that's all you really need.  Poop less, too.  Everyone I know is going to be fucking ripped after this is over.

It's a complicated little business I hear. The big ass rolls for the shitters in commercial business have had the bottom drop out in demand for their product but they can't switch over the john paper line to produce the little household stuff.  What hurts me is the dairy farmers dumping milk down the drain because the schools are closed.  I love me some whole milk.   :'(

The extreme left, i.e., communists are getting everything they want out of this crisis. It really activates the almonds.🤔

It is a weird deal. Last week or so I asked an older couple.across street a way if I could get them anything since I was going out. Expecting them to want eggs, water, milk, cleaning products or etc. "Some picante sauce- medium- and cream cheese" was request.

What, no BBQ or do they have a smoker in the back?  :D Picante does spice up the sardines a bit.

I'm suspicious of the TP and paper product industry. Odd differences- but is there- between product lines. Make some rolls too big for normal mounting. False dichotomies- "comfort" vs "strenght." And one even had a mini-roll where hole (and cardboard tube would be) for you take out "on the go" and put main roll on- but no cardboard roll.

Haha you are kind.  Maybe they had a freezer full.  At least they're not lemmings.

Last week they were rationing eggs and meat and milk and I was uh oh but not this week.  Some stuff even marked down.  I suppose it is local but I still don't get it.

PS less than half the people, customers and employees, wore masks of any kind, which is funny for socially conscious Seattle.  I think the mask thing is purely symbolic anyway.  Some company here was donating a system to sterilze surgical masks, three hours in some peroxide gas or something like that.  But your homemade ones, don't worry just toss in the laundry.

True but if one gets "Sardines in Louisana Hot Sauce" the problem is solved. They also told me today, as they were working in their garden, that they are driving to SA for their son's 60th bday and for Easter. Fauchi wouldn't be impressed. And Obama would doom panel them..

My theory is that heavy marbling is the better choice, although pork might be the best. Longer digestion times may cause bigger loads but farther between means less TP.

Yeah.  The Atkins Diet organization is in on it as well.

Seriously - how are things going out there?   Once NYC blew up no one here talks about y'all any more.

When bears are about to hibernate they’ll eat stuff like mud and straw to cork themselves up. Given that most wouldn’t want to try that things like oats and cheese might be a good alternative. I always find white bread and pasta somewhat constipating.

I think leaner = longer digestion time, since we're talking theory.  If you go too fatty there's actually a state where you can't absorb all the fat and whoosh.  Nothing but chicken breast and you shoot out a little hockey puck every 4-5 days with the assistance of some helpful little pills, clean as a whistle.

No shit? Learned something new today but makes sense.

I recall Candy in "Uncle Buck" rambling about how he is all "bound up" because he has been eating too much cheese "I've been feeling like a rat."

They are dismantling one of the army field hospitals they set up, unused.  That has to be a good sign.

Couldn't they be used for homeless? The junkies? As soup kitchens for the newly now unemployed? As make-shift schools? Revival meetings?

Good deal.  We dodged a bullet here I think.  Some symptomatic chick went to a concert here on March 22nd.  So far it doesn't seem to have blown up like it could have.

Haha. And Elvis. Though I think that was a purposeful smear-campaign by "British Invasion" and Hollywood Leftists. But amazingly parlayed to help cover-up The King's decision to retire and leave the limelight...and coming viruses.

No.  It's gotta be sent to Irag.  The Fist of Guidance is plotting stuff. Says so right here on the internet.
