Most hospitals seem essentially dead from the many videos out there.

And that's the thing.  I'm just not seeing much in the way of overflowing urgent cares, hospital emergency rooms or bodies in the street like in Ecuador.  All the Dr's offices are closed while NYC is crying for volunteer medical personnel.  My local hospital has more deaths almost daily fm Cancer than the entire state has had Wuhan deaths.
