Once again Dietrich shows his lack of knowledge with regard to weapons such as the AR15 suggesting that such variants would be preferred by active duty infantry above the weapons now issued them !!  And fails to make any reference to the other shooter using an AK47 "variant"

I have one of those "variant" SKS carbines and for what I paid for it, it is worth it. Nice stable gun, nicely balanced. Shoots straight without a pronounced kick. I have a 30 round banana clip but I have the original 10 round magazine on it because it's pretty easy to re-load. Not bad for I think the $200 I paid for it.

In fact it is clear to me that:
1.  The shooter was wearing a ballistic vest but was killed by officers using "AR15" or .223 "Patrol rifles"
2.  The shooter killed his own sister in the attack.
3.  Dayton PD is approaching this carefully and professionally
4.  The weapon used and the "drum" magazines used were all obtained legally by the shooter
5.  Vehicle used by shooter was registered to his father.
6.  Shooter wore a black sweatshirt with "No heart to fear, no soul to steal" imprinted on the back.
The slogan is believed to be from a hateful and vengeful song called Ramirez by The Acacia Strain, a metalcore band.

I have an SKS and it does NOT have a removable 10 round magazine!  You would have to modify it to accommodate the 30 round mag you are using!

The trick with reloading the SKS quickly is to simply turn the rifle upside-down, depress the "magazine" release and drop in 8-9 rounds then close the "magazine cover" against the spring... turn it over and chamber a round.  The Vietnamese were trained to reload the SKS this way.

I listened to the show with Aquino. have to admit I was impressed when he spoke about who he thought was behind 911. The man's got balls to say that. But when it came to Dietrich he gave the usual response I expected but he explained why he won't go after Dietrich in court since DD has no financial assets of any kind that can be seized if DD loses. But perhaps Aquino can destroy DD once and for all if he could pull some strings with the NSA and have DD under investigation, all his travels, associations, computer usage and calls monitored and look into his background to find out who this guy really is and what are his motives. Then have all this information freely available posted on a anonymous website in Russia. There is nothing DD can do about it but weep....LOL.
