The speech.  Talk about 70 odd minutes.  Ugggh.  A bunch of platitudes and promises that mean nothing when you look at her track record.   And she's still touting the Iran deal as a good thing.   ::)  She did deliver the speech well and it will attract some independents but hopefully they won't be fooled for long.  She will get a bump from this but hard to say how much.

    What is really odd is that the last couple of days the DNC veered right much to the dismay to those on the far left.  Talk of ISIS and combating the war on terror drove the Bernie supporters crazy.  They were constantly muted out by the rest of the delegates and the actors hired to shill for Hill.  There was a lot of God talk during this convention in contrast to the 2012 convention when it seemed like the atheists took over the party.  Obviously shenanigans were afoot trying to mute the protests against Clinton.

   I see the far left maybe abandoning the party and going with Jill Stein and maybe Gary Johnson which will benefit Trump enormously.  I don't think this will show up well in the polls right after the convention but it could very well be a different story in a month.  For the short term as I've said, Hillary gets a bounce after the convention.

I was under the impression that the DNC had record primary voters, and that Bernie had mobilized a zillion new voters. According to this article, HRC got almost a million less votes in 2016 than she did when she lost to Obama in 2008.
