In Pittsburgh we had Chiller Theater.  Hosted by Bill Cardille (aka Chilly Billy).  You may recognize him as the reporter in Night of the Living Dead.  The show ran from the early 60's to the very early 80's.

Oh yeah.    Thank you though.       Police and fire engines for the last several hours.  It seems to be getting magnified.  I just get leary because there have been several break ins and murders over the last few months.  All within walking distance.  This summer is going to be a bad one.

We have sirens on my street an average of three times a day.

LOL!  Nothing bad, but...I was soooo hungry and needed 'something' to fill me up and get the taste out of my mouth.  I ate a can of kidney beans and washed it down by drinking a small bottle of ranch dressing.

I keep cans of bean salad in the refrigerator for those occasions.  It has green, yellow, and kidney beans combined in a light italian dressing.  Nice cold IMO.

Thank you.  I feel quite safe however.  My little place is like a spider hole and I am armed and very capable.    I also seem to have the ability to seamlessly fit in my environment to the point of near invisability.   Maybe it's my charm?      I've been thinking of moving but....ya know ---->  $$$

I remember hearing the police pounding on your neighbor's door in one of you Gabbing Nows.  I was so scared for you till you said not to worry,  it's routine or something like that. 

One reason I've never lived in the big city.
