Still not enough info, but just write what you know if you paid attention and read it will be OK. I would review the major movements and stars know what kind Freud did and Jung both major schools of thought. Throw enough bullshit in an essay and it will stick at this level if your in the ball park your going to be OK.

Interview a mature person and ask what dilemmas they have faced. How did they deal with it--Stop eating, couldn't sleep, got drunk,?  Critique their solutions and outcomes and express your opinions on their results.  How could they have made better choices for the long run?

As far as drugs go, Adderall is good for helping you focus to cram information. And as far as tips go, I always just write things down to mentally remember them. Once I've written something in hand (not on keyboard) I generally tend to remember it much better.

It's kinda like ritalin but it gives you more of this wide-eyed speedish feeling. It's also time-release. I've taken it before a couple of times. It's a prescription drug though, so whether you can get it or not depends on if you either A) can get the Rx, or B) have nice ADD-inflicted friends.  ;D

Heh, Rush's doctor prescribes better drugs, like Hydrocodone 10's. Opioids always beat uppers in my book. ;)

Now that you are more clear on what you need maybe someone can help you. However, there are many fields of psychology as you well know: Research, forensic, social, clinical, developmental,  industrial, etc, that is why I said know the major movements and players, relate the players to their relevant fields or discoveries.

"food, sleep, time management, drugs" all environmental aspects do not forget genetic findings and predispositions. If you listened in lecture and did some reading you will be fine, relax you're going to give yourself test anxiety, focus on what you know and have witnessed in life and you will be OK.
