He's one of many current and former members here that are "on the spectrum" and also one of many that are "off their meds".  Not very bright but endearing in his weirdness and meager existence.  He comes off as an advant grade video artist at first until you realize he really is mentally disadvantage autist with a video camera. 

Usually these types are welcomed here so they can be ridiculed endlessly (ie the sad case of Falkie subjecting himself to non stop abuse). But Casuo's case was different......

He started perving-out over some girl he had attended secondary school with and posted her personal information and how he was stalking her.  MV acted to ban bob before he could create a YouTube video of him wearing the girl's skin as a skin-suit while tucking his penis between his legs and singing some buffalo Springfield into the webcam in his trashed 400sq/ft apartment in some dumpy Maine town.

Of course the never understood the "problem" in any of this, and continued to register new names, which I suspect this one is as well.  So on that note, hey Bob!
