You're distorting the facts, as usual. All the "media" were all in on Hillary? Yeah, right. Guess you don't watch much Fox news or listen to much far-right radio.
This Trump nonsense just shows how stupid the republican base is for nominating an unelectable cretin like Trump.

Murdoch likes Clinton. His model reporter hated Trump and even got into a feud or sorts, if you recall. I won't mention the new ownership of NYTimes, WashPost, etc because bias there is clear though, for their credit, NYT did cover the Clinton Uranium scandal but I think before the new ownership? Forget.

There is hope for youth. Even one of my young nephews commented. What was in Nuggets before if now they are saying it is "all chicken?"

You give me hope. But it could be that it's still the same stuff, while the corporations have just redefined what "chicken" means.

It's one thing for adults to choose to eat this food. Though, when I see adults feed this stuff to their little kids, I just shake my head.

Fox news gets more viewers than MSNBC or CNN and they are certainly not for Hillary Clinton. Have you watched Sean Hannity lately? Or any of the other shows on Fox? The funny thing is, if Trump had just managed to keep his big mouth shut and not say so many dumb/offensive things (and if none of his past groping/sexism had come out), and managed to act somewhat presidential, he would most likely be ahead in the polls now.

I'm going to check out the Federal Register because, you are correct, the regulatory agencies often change terms so that things mean not what it means- for a normal person. There was a change in ice cream I posted about somewhere here a while back.

I don't remember what the actual product was, but I saw recently that some product only had to contain a certain minimum percentage of the real product, to be called "real".

No hardly ever watch the news but simply because the product is going one way doesn't mean the money isn't going another. I will say that Murdoch was a good business man. He saw a niche in a market not fulfilled and filled it. No surprise that it got viewers because, at the time at least, most Americans still liked the country, were normal, etc. So bring in a product with hot chicks and criticize all the weird social changes and top-down policy changes versus government news services or leftist? Make a lot of money. But don't believe them any more than you should believe NPR, CNN, MSNBC, BBC, or the 'Three." Or at least switch between them all and see how they 'spin' and, more importantly, choose what to cover. Trump capitalized in networks loosing viewers so "won," like Murdoch in a way. So failing MSNBC has a new enemy and gains viewers. It is pretty amazing. Now though, they have dirt so his idea might not have paid off. But for a time he was making so many channel relevant again for advertisers.

I suppose I should go to Heathers Facebook Page for an enriching education.

Awhile ago, Jamie Oliver really went after Mickey D's and the fast food industry for their use of "pink slime" additive in their food. It's on YouTube I believe.

There are COUNTLESS regulations and often changing. Technically there is often a public comment time-period but, normally, only industry or those effected do so, I think also "natural" is not covered and anyone can use that term.

Sorry. I didn't realize it's so complicated to choose a reader, at least for some people. Maybe Empress can help you out.

Many times 51% of the main real product is enough to print on the label that is "pure" .../ or real

Adobe Digital Editions will let you read it on Windows or Mac.

http://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html
There are also some online or d/l solutions for converting ebook formats. Be warned about "suggested downloads" and many won't be perfect. But, I think, some of it is also the original "translation" to digital so certain character or words with foreign characters or font don't get converted correctly, like fascade etc?

Lee Cigar had a guy a few days ago who had some good info on food labeling and "faked" food who seemed pretty legit and didn't go out for her more conspiracy theories. But more practical and real issues in this regard.

For example there was confusion with olive oil.
It was printed on the label "Pure Olive Oil" , but it had only around 55% of actual olive oil, rest was some other oil.
So if it's not printed "100% Pure Olive Oil" it might not be ...

Lilith

Seems kind of ironic Heather mentioning long, drawn out explanations.
