Lee Cigar had a guy a few days ago who had some good info on food labeling and "faked" food who seemed pretty legit and didn't go out for her more conspiracy theories. But more practical and real issues in this regard.

Few months ago I listen to interview with a book author who wrote about 'fake real' foods and labels, etc, etc
For example in Italy mafia had their people working night shifts in famous reputable food factories and they were using substandard
/not real/ ingredients [adding them to the real stuff] making very expensive foods and shipping those batches to countries
where quality control was very low or not existent
and funny thing was that lot's of it was sold as the real McCoy to ...China, hahaha

The Mafia not the Silician but  'Ndràngheta is big into fake foods (and other products) as are every organized crime elements, basically, especially Asian. But for foods the Italian, French, etc. It would be great if the Asian ones would just fake the crap and less poaching of endangered animals and plants...even here in the USA! But especially Africa.

I'm no musician but post a video (if said qualities can come over through the infernal interwebs.) I always wondered about how orchestras "tuning up" sounded so cool, like a "out of chaos, order.") I also wonder what meds, official or otherwise,  music teachers in schools must take to deal with teaching it! I also am very happy that there is a great program in my schools hear for choir because the voice is an oft ignored instrument and in a group amazing and with less church stuff etc that kind of music might be going away.
