Yeah.  I like UFOs.

I do too. It's also comforting to know that most UFO sightings are not hoaxes as Kevin Randle assured us a long time ago.

I'm listening to Art from 1996. The show was on during the time of the Montana Freemen stand-off.
Wish they would've won, to stick to themselves at least. I personally like the show about the stand-off that also included news and callers about the guy with the rats in some motel room around that year. A classic. School shut-down, he said they were his friends. And Art kept commenting on the reported size of the rats "as big as a cat!" and "Montana having their share of stuff". Haha.

Hey man.  I had a Mr. Rogers avatar goddammit and have been here, unassuming, for nearly 4 years.  I demand respect.  LOL!

I knew you even before that Mr. Rogers avatar, and feel sincere respect and friendship!   :-*

Bill Birnes? No, don't think so. Birnes was the one that got bothered when I asked why the aliens never thought the Greeks and Romans didn't need help building their megastructures like they helped the non-White peoples.

That's a pretty bizarre comment about having to pay tuition in the 70's to go to the University of Iowa. If he was active duty during Vietnam, he would have qualified for the original GI Bill which paid for up to 130 semester hours at a public university.

It was actually a monthly stipend that was more than enough to pay for tuition, fees and room/board at most public universities.

Could he have used up the 130 hours somewhere else?

What would happen if the Soultrean theory was proved? Or, even, which seems, weirdly true, assuming argument of evolution that "all Africa based?" So, what, in terms of development?

A bachelor's degree normally takes about 120 hours. Most universities would give some basic credit hours for your military service. Usually 4-10 depending on how long you were in. And you could CLEP most of your freshman year if you had any intelligence.

His wiki entry only lists U of Iowa where he got his BA in Journalism and then a correspondence school (California Coast University) for his masters and PhD. Not the best CV.

I nominate you for thread dj forever.

I'd probably have to try to at least try a respectable challenge to that.

Considering there's no archeological evidence of Soultrean cultures being seafarers, the theory starts to lose some steam.

And (if memory serves) the only remains found with Clovis artifacts, a child I think, matched modern Native Americans genetically.
