I worked in Germany with a few Bundeswehr units in the Mid 80's . We could have a Max of two beers in the Army . I worked with RMP's in the Gulf War 90-91  No one could Drink except European Ships LOL! I think the Legion had a Wine allotment if Memory serves ! That was in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia !
