Rubini's explanation to me about network ownership: the lender Mr. Marshalek, essentially owned the all of the assets until the loans were repaid in full. if what Rubini told me is in fact true, it's baffling how anyone would agree to those terms?

Rubini said Mr. Marshalek refused to invest any money into an optimized website or anything beyond the bare minimum. Rubini also said he had not been paid, or not had not received what he was allegedly owed.

Rubini accused Mr. Marshalek of theft, mismanagement and sabotage. yikes!
