The only selling I am doing is for personal use. Sold the brick and mortar business several years ago to pursue non-profit and volunteer efforts. I still have the original eBay account but it is used for buying these days. The independent website you have is the way to go now. It can be challenging at times but also can be very rewarding.

Even Keith has to understand that even if MITD was taking in money it was on Art bells name and now that Art is gone, MITD as an asset (with Heater ) was going to end up being a liability.

Someone pointed out that by changing the name , Keith would have legally had to stop all recurring subscriptions and that made alot of sense at the time but now I think the shows need to rise and fall on their own merit and the "name" contains little to no value and certainly not worth fighting about.

If I were a PR guy on either side I would be trying to bridge the gap and giving this to heather which legalities aside is hers and as a name itself holds very little intrinsic value) because honestly this is fucking stupid over an internet radio show that is on its way down...

Did a crystal radio project one year for a science project in school. It was comparing 3 different designs. If I remember correctly, the results were pretty much the same regarding sensitivity and selectivity during the day, not surprising since the basic components were essentially the same and they all used the same cheap little earphone/earpiece. One design was better for night reception due to the way the coil was wound (different material that it was wound around). I also had a store bought AM radio that I wired in a jack to so I could take the audio output of the crystal set and have the sound come out of the radio speaker.

I wonder if anyone even does these simple electronic projects anymore. Gone are the days of the Heathkits, the Lafayette and Allied Electronics catalog businesses, and now even the Radio Shacks. Kind of sad...

It's impossible to post the proof here without inadvertently doxxing anyone, but I'll put it this way...

- Any public records search on Heather Wade shows that a 42 year old woman by the name currently lives in Pahrump, NV.

- That Heather Wade has relatives' names listed on those records, one of whom is a woman by the name of Ann Leonard.

- There is also an Ann Leonard who is listed as living/having lived at an address that is only one digit removed from Art's address. In fact, it's the house next door.

- Records also show that the address where Ann Leonard lives/lived was sold on March 15, 2018.

- The current owner that address was sold to is Heather Wade.

So, technically she doesn't have to walk next door. She is next door. Where Ann Leonard, a woman by the same name as one of her relatives, lived/lives.
