Art made too big a point of saying that he didn't own the show.  Butter wouldn't melt in his mouth.  He was a founding partner, in the Dark Matter Network, however, which he probably sold his share of to Keith, by contract.  The Widow Bell, would now be the beneficiary of those payments due.  Midnight might have been sold separately or in the package.

Seriously. Everyone heard a 'voice' that was called a name, but the human-entity “Heather Wade” is not real. “She” may be some kind of business experiment, but a real person ? No. Can't believe it. "HW,LLC"...maybe.

   Seriously ? How many advertising opportunities were missed by her hiding out ? Never attended any kind of convention or public event representing MITD. And one would think that Art having the close relationship with Karen, (owner of KNYE), there would have been some local exposure. But no. (to this day, I can't believe that's a real pic of HW).

2 â€"  The infamous Stalker.
   Art Bell and others feared for his life. HW seemed to have no problem moving into the studio/guest house to broadcast a show while becoming a sitting duck.

3 -  It's Pahrump and she was just a hired voice.
   She was a character. It is said that you can pay people to do almost anything in Pahrump.

4 â€" Area 51 invasion.
   She was very adamant that she was going and going in alone. No one else need to get into trouble. I sensed that MITD was coming to a close when she aired this. (didn't know that Art was gonna croak), but this was the beginning of an exit strategy. Without a doubt.

5 â€" The tribute shows.
   Everyone knows the facts on this. 2 weeks after his death, still no Art Bell tribute from Keith/DMDN/MITD/HW. (She couldn't even make it to KNYE to broadcast with Karen).

6 â€" The funeral.
   Occam's Razor here folks. If she doesnt exist, how can she attend ? It was said that she wasn't banned, so what could be the excuse ? Oh, wait, she's mourning.

7 â€" The Headstone.
   Someone is drinking ether straight from the bottle on this one.
HW can't attend the funeral, can't even record a message to broadcast, but she is working on a headstone design that should rival Leonard Da Vinci's plan for a spring-loaded cow milker.

8 â€" The Feud.
   Keith vs The Entity known as Heather...(see plan for spring-loaded cow milker....just $4.99/jerk)

9 -  The Feud continues. ?.
   Have read where keith is giving her 6 more months to get her stuff together ? (If true, then enjoy those jerks, folks, (or those folks, jerks).

In Heather's world HER losing Art is the tragedy. Not Airyn losing her husband. Not Asia and Alex losing a father. Not Art's long time friends and collaborators losing him. It's all about Heather losing a guy she only knew for three years. She must consider her years of prior obsession to be part of their relationship.
