Why is Dave better now?  I listened to a few Coast shows and was underwhelmed.  Was it the guests?  Was it the producer?  Was he forced to read the 3X5's?  Perhaps he was not allowed to ask "challenging" questions out of fear he may alienate a guest?  I did not actively dislike him, but I certainly was not making my calendar for his appearances.

Man, I play it (KTBX) all day long. The deep cuts are the best...I have to write many of them down, because I haven't heard them before. 98.5 out of Vail is really good too...but it's only on from 7am to 6pm...same format though.

There are more of these popping up around the country...mainly in the west.
