Midnight in the Desert down to 1 3/4 affiliates
I was curious as to how many statons listed on http://midnightinthedesert.com/radio-stations/ are actually still broadcasting MITD. Where an internet stream was available, I setup a Raspberry Pi to record from midnight-4am eastern.
Results:
KNYE confirmed to have MITD
KCAA Midnight-3am Eastern then switches to Hoagland
WTWW gone for at least a month. occasionally oldies or religious programming can be heard so it's not the transmitter. Shortwave stations are expensive to operate; nobody gets a free ride. I'm guessing Bob Crane bought a year subscription(cheaper that way) then decided it wasn't worth it any more to renew.  Heather Wade blamed WTWW to a caller
KTKN  playing music
WEFA Website advertises "Art Bell Midnight in the Desert" no stream
KTOX Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis followed by c2c
WJML no mention of MITD on website. oldies followed by "Overnight America with Jon Grayson"
KVSF lists C2C on website schedule. Couldn't find a working stream
KTKK Old time radio and Alex Jones
KJMR UNCONFIRMED no website, tunein stream not working
KUJ  website schedule shows oldies and "The Rusty Humphries Show" in MITD timeslot

Let's give Coast to Heather and watch the affiliates dwindle.

Maybe she should stop referring to Bellgabbers like that.  She was born and raised here remember, Heather?

Maybe somebody could photoshop it to say "vaguely loveable"

Does Heather have a guest tonight or will she be doing a total bullshit debate recap?  Will Art have time to give her her talking points?

Heather, I believe your headaches are caused by having that broomstick shoved too far up your ass.  But have a nice day.

Nothing posted at the MITD website for tonight's show - so it might end up being another replay?

Couldn't Professor Snape have come up with a potion to help her?  ;D

If you are listening to the show now, you can tell she isn't.

I think Professor Snape's position is available, isn't it?  ;D

The violence problem? Violent crimes are down overall, and have been for many years. What violence problems is she talking about?

Probably experiences dealing with network problems, and little cameras in her wires.
