This is a CLASSIC case of "blame the bitch". Cowardly men pull it all the time. When Kareem Abdul Jabbar left the Milwaukee Bucks, he blamed his wife,,"she wanted more culture than Milwaukee". Yah, Milwaukee sucks compared to LA, but he played the "blame the bitch" game. When Chevy Chase left SNL, he blamed his wife like cowards do. So back off with this bullshit or I will send Arts imaginary stalker to find you.

Press Release

On 12/09/2015 at approximately 2006 NCSO Dispatch received a 911 call from the wife of Art Bell reporting that he was out walking on the property and he had called her from his cell phone to tell her someone had shot at him and then he stopped responding.

NCSO Deputies responded and checked the area. Art Bell was located laying on the ground of his property with no injuries. He reported to responding deputies that he was not sure if the noise he heard was a firework or gunshot.

Deputies did a thorough check of the area and located no one and also did not locate any evidence of gunshots. Deputies maintained extra patrol in the area over the remainder of the week however nothing was discovered. At this point the investigation is closed unless further information is discovered.

What smells about this whole thing is why now? He came back on Sirius XM and nothing happened. If someone REALLY wanted to kill Art, I'm sure it would have been done by now. That's not to say that someone isn't trying to scare him.

I think what bothers me most of all this is the fact that all those people in a parallel universe still get to listen to new shows. The minute he decided to quit again the universe split as it always does after such dramatic moments.

  Just my luck I am stuck in the no art bell side while the other side gets new shows.

There is even one parallell universe where art is still the host of coast to coast am, pumping out show after show for those lucky enough to be there.

Yea, shes been on the air TWICE. Why put somebody on the air that has ZERO experience, to take over the reigns of a legend? There are plenty of people on the DMRN that can do a better job than Heather (all due respect, she just needs more experience). Bryan Alvarez would be my candidate, he hosts After Dark Radio. Guy has a professional studio, good cadence and has been doing MMA and Pro Wrestling (yea I know, but oh well) podcasts since 2005. He even has his own Wikipedia page lulz

The police aren't going to go out on a limb and claim that he has a stalker without proof. They clearly have no solid proof outside of Art's claim, so I wouldn't take this as proof of shenanigans on Art's part.

Why would they waste that much time and manpower? They did an investigation and came up with nothing to substantiate the claim. I'm not saying Art is making it up, because he probably believes this to all be happening, but as of yet there is not enough proof for the police.
