Gun Shots Fired at Art Bell's Property Tonight

No Bullet holes found might indicate they were aiming high at his antenna system (and poor shots if still operable)
Couple this with all my past postings re Hoagland's guest being hacked, and the mystery internet failure as I previously said-

It would be interesting to know if any shots were directed to Art's outside transmission equipment.
If so, it might indicate deliberate and not random shots.

Now Art Validates my theory.  ::)

Or they were not shooting at Art's residence.....

Depends whether or not you consider Towers "residence".
I thought Art said a witness said they were pointed toward his property. You really need to go to the google earth view to appreciate what the witness and Art mean about his "circle/Dead End" look closely because there is a fence across what appears to be a road across the upper part of the cul-de-sac thus making it so and a dead end. From that location, it is obviously deliberate.

Thanks but I think I'd rather respect Art's privacy and not play junior cop, and let the real police do their job.

What "Federal" might imply.
Besides my previous suggestion of FCC Laws, there is another issue to consider-

Under certain conditions ie: Terrorism for example, there are Federal and State Laws under R.I.C.O.
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act

So are they going to seize the shooter's Ford Ranger?

For his sake, I hope he didn't decide to itemize his tax deductions.

You wouldn't know a "Real" one if you were talking to him.

Do you think your requests to the local rozzers and threat/ promise of a FOIR will make you important, or just give you a warm fuzzy feeling inside? At least you can convince yourself you 'did something' can't you? Or are you just giving yourself unwarranted importance?

I'm ambivalent about the alleged event; I'm just curious as to your motives to need to know.

How does one remove their address from the internet?

Reddit has a good check list to follow. Or you can simply go to every site that has it listed and there is a request form to have it removed. Google maps will blur the image of your property if you ask them to do so. Happens within hours of your request.

We need to form the Art Bell Militia. I'm sure Pahrump PD and Nye County Sherrifs wouldn't mind a bunch of strange fuckers wandering Art's neighborhood with AR-15 s in hand. Nope.

I understand that happen fm time to time over there.

Art. Seriously. Put one of these on your roof (you'll need some structural modification, of course). Teach your family how to use it. Case closed. End of story. No problem.

I'm no expert with large calibre weaponry but wouldn't it be prudent for AB to know how to use it before teaching his family how to do so? Blind leading the blind etc etc. Then the small matter of mass murder rears it's head, but that's just details.

Oh, Art knows how to use it.
And hey, self defense is no small matter either, especially when you live and your attackers are bacon.

Hmmm, but rounds don't discriminate what or who they hit. Unless of course they're special rounds that know not to travel half a mile or so and carve through some neighbours front room. What could possibly go wrong? Anyway, the point is moot; he's not going to be using it.

Pretty sure Gumby is the type of guy who wants to attach a fully automatic rifle to an infrared light sensor in his living room.

Why would Art shoot at his neighbors?
BTW. If I were in a McDonald's and some dickface walks in and pulls a rifle, and I were there with my 50 cal under my jacket (with tripod and everything, dig?), how many people would die if I wasn't there, and how many people would eat Bacon McMuffins for the next three months because I was?
And what if I saved your ass and your family's ass sitting in the booth next to me? Would you buy me a McRib? I'd settle for a Bacon McWhatever, and celebrate you and yours were safe.

Really? You'd be wrong about that. So...you didn't score.

That's what I thought. Arnold and his "team" did Sandy Hook. Good post. Well...at least the kid tried. Just wasn't heavily enough armed.

Why do trained soldiers and pilots kill their own side? Shit happens. Expecting civilians to get it right when trained military personnel get it wrong is a bit of a stretch don't you think?

If's and buts, and pots and pans. How many scenarios you have outlined have ever happened? Approximately?

IF that ever happened, and it's a vanishingly small possibility, I'd have your babies. That's how sure I am of it happening.

Why do trained soldiers and pilots protect our asses, day in and day out?

And I'm talkin' trained civilians (or actually I was only talking about Art taking an imaginary and humorous approach, heh). Not rednecks with hunting rifles.

And if the so called "Armageddon" or zombie apocalypse or sudden dictator or earthquake or whatever occurs...are you seriously saying that you wouldn't want to be armed with something? Is a butter knife ok by you? I mean c'mon we really need your approval I think.

That isn't in question; but they're not infallible either.

Yep, what could possibly go wrong?

When any/all of that happens, I'll be sure to let you know. Promise.

In your view, the shooter gets taken out before any damage is done.

Anyway, since you so artfully dodged the point, which admittedly was set rather comically, let me rephrase and give you a chance to clarify:

Assume that you were one of the customers sitting at a table at a McDonald's (or really, name ANY place) as it was about to be assaulted by an armed terrorist. A really desperate situation. People are being or could be shot-up.
You cower under a table because that's all you know to do. Cower in fear. Because that's how we're brainwashed into thinking.
YET. Hope beyond hope. There just happens to be an off-duty detective, or let's say any armed citizen (qualified to carry, to your satisfaction of course), in the booth next to you with his family. He rises, in an instant draws down on the shooter and ends the assault.  Few if any casualties.
Yours, and everyone Else's life saved.
Bad scenario? What say you?
