Gun Shots Fired at Art Bell's Property Tonight

Fabulous show Art did even with "one round loaded in the chamber" with his gun pointed at the door.  Phew!  We're all going to speculate, but it did seem suspicious to me that someone yanked Art's internet cables a couple of weeks ago, then this past Monday someone messed with his internet connection to Phoenix.  Now someone's shooting directly at the broadcast studio?  Who is that nuts?  I think the authorities need to investigate all three episodes to see if they're connected and if there is a common perpetrator.  No one's ever taken a shot at Art regardless of what content he is bringing on the air. This sounds like things are being made difficult--dangerous even--for Art as he begins to make it clear that his program is pre-eminant.  BTW, Art picked up CFRB 1010 AM in Toronto.  640 AM has been carrying the other show ad nauseum and missed the opportunity to pick up Art's show.  Yea! for CFRB 1010 in Toronto!

In all seriousness; what is the big deal? Today, 80 people will have been killed by guns in the USA, and the same will happen tomorrow. Many many more will be shot at, some critically, and others in ways that will render them unable to walk, talk, or function how they did previously.

Art Bell says there were shots fired in the vicinity of his home; How many listeners could report that scenario over the next or previous twelve months? Did/will that get reported? Unlikely. As they say in the movies, there's nothing to see.

Meant to listen to MITD live, but zonked out about 10 minutes before the show started with my ear buds in, hah.  Trying to balance an 8-4:30 workday with an 11-2 addiction has been catching up to me.  Woke up in time to grab the show off the archives before the site went down... didn't even know a shooting had happened till I got to that part, as I was sitting down at my desk at work to get started for the day.  Totally killed my productivity for a few hours as I looked online to catch up.

So... anyone know whether it was mentioned on the other show?  Dave probably choked on a pizza roll, he was so excited at the possibility of Art "retiring" again.

How many listeners could report that scenario over the next 12 months?  Not very many, unless they live in urban gang/crime areas.  Blame the people who govern those places for creating and tolerating all that, not honest gun owners.

The best places to discharge weapons day or night are densely populated areas.
It really sucks leaving rural areas, driving into the city just to pop off a few rounds. Then getting the hell outta Dodge, before the PoPo arrives!
