Now I understand why so many people simply do not speak when Art answers a Skype call.  There is a long (many minutes) delay from the time the call is answered in Skype and you are put on the air.  There is absolutely no good signal that he's on the line or that your on the air.  Then he mispronounced my name and I had no idea he was talking to me.  LOL

Were you listening to the show via skype or via a separate feed that is delayed?
Could Art send a text message via skype to the caller he has selected?

I think it was 1996 that my engineering class visited Boeing in Everett and spent a couple hours talking with a couple of engineers responsible for accident investigation.  It would have been before the TWA accident though, so I have nothing useful to add  .  All I can say is they were excited by the opportunity accidents gave them to improve on the aircraft design.

Art, I suggest doing something to change up the audio for Skype callers at the moment to place them on the air.  Maybe crank up the Skype caller's volume, or placing a beep, or click, or something our brains are more attuned to.  It was very disconcerting the way it happened.  I really was listening carefully and by the time I realized you were talking to me and mispronounced my name you had hung up the call.

Note:  I changed my Skype name to "It's Ar-Joona Art" and called back.

all out zoo has is a bunch of paths overhead so animals can traverse the park above you and pee on you
