Or......you put those qualifiers on because everything you do is a massive lie and you can't produce anything you claim therefore you need to qualify your nonsense. Also it is adorable that you believe NASA is truly a publicly funded agency.......

It is pretty neat how they are able to qualify their nonsense and lies in such a way that other researchers in other countries are able to see the secret lie and follow their secret order to agree. We should pay NASA more for being able to create deception so convincing that independent researchers can come up with the exact same deception. Mind way transmitters? Thank you for calling me adorable, by the way. I don't get enough compliments in my day to day life. So if NASA is not truly publicly funded, who funds them? Walmart?
