How come every NASA fact has to come with a qualifier such as "you see you cant hear ____ so NASA compressed the data " or "You see NASA made this artist rendering of what they BELIEVE it looks like"...... how the hell does anyone buy anything NASA says or claims!!! Wake up people!

Ok, I'll bite. Putting yourself in their perspective. You are a publicly funded organization and you want to keep people excited about the things you do. So you give them the sounds of Mars, or a artist rendering. Since presetting a print out with Red shift data on it is not as exciting to the general public. But since everything you do is picked apart, being a publicly funded agency, you better put those qualifiers on so that people don't misunderstand.
