Could be. There is probably a paper trail somewhere of where Art has worked, lived, etc.  With some time and dedication, just about any info about anyone can be obtained.

I remember all of my teachers and certain big events in my life as a youngster.  I also have some strange memories that are very vivid but completely meaningless.
