EPA Pollutes and Lies

I'm sure most of you have heard how Obama's EPA has polluted a large section of river and then per government policy lied about it "revised the estimate" of how much contaminated water they released.
As they say a picture is worth a thousand words and these say quite a bit:

Be aware that now, due to proposed regulatory changes* made by unelected bureaucrats, Obama's EPA wants to assert even more control over the nation's, States', and private waters and so will have the right soon to do this on any lake, river, creek stream, puddle, mud-hole, drainage ditch, swamp, etc.

You will note that Colorado is involved in the lawsuit against the EPA power-grab. So I will throw-out a conspiracy theory and mention in passing if this leak, and the lie/cover-up attempt was purposeful to punish them? We see how Obama's IRS targets political enemies and how Obama's orders on illegals, open-borders, releasing violent illegals, etc targets States and regions that were against him. So, maybe, not that far-fetched?

Drinking water from a river, or other natural source, without any treatment is not advisable in most circumstances even if Obama's EPA has not polluted it as there are frequent contaminants and natural bacteria, viruses, etc in it. But I find this type of political grandstanding hilarious but ridiculous. The issue isn't whether a few gulps ONCE of a certain water supply will hurt you but the DECADES and FREQUENT drinking of same, watering your crops with it, eating fish that live in it, etc. Show the actual analysis, how far it permeates into ground water and aquifers, is it showing up in wells, stock tanks, community water supplies, etc? And it should be the director of Obama's EPA, or Obama himself, to pull this stunt since they polluted the river.

ps: I once had a developer tell us that he would drink a glass of water output this septic system lawn-sprinkler system he was going to put in to his strip-mall development (it was a tract of land nearby a neighborhood and some farms and so people were concerned about run-off.) There was a good retired chemical engineer and also a geologist that really made him sweat with technical questions at the community meeting and then he made that offer. I moved away and the strip mall is there, somehow I doubt he ever drank the water though.

Yes, at first glance it could be thought that this kind of prediction is like a C2C prediction and vague, but this letter was very specific to the area and to Obama's EPA's dangerous machinations.

It could even be potentially read to allude to the possible motivation for Obama's EPA to pollute such a wide area: to gain Superfund status, more regulatory power, sweetheart contract for contractor, or who knows? The administration has been known to punish- via audits, regulations, executive orders, findings, etc- areas, States, people, groups, businesses that didn't support him, so almost anything is not beyond the realm of speculation.
